Used 2024 Subaru Ascent for sale near Fort Hunt, VA

I received exceptional service from Sheehy. Shabir was my sales associate and led me through the process without a hitch. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered without any tricks or gimmicks. The entire dealership was helpful, pleasant and offered efficient service. As a woman buying a car, the fact that they were respectful was very important to me. I had gone to another dealership but didn't get the same tone. The manager at Sheehy was knowledgeable and understood how to close a deal.

After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was done correctly and within a reasonable time. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Kaylin always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Her positive energy does reflex to others in the dealership.

We test drove the Grand Hylander and the Kia and this was by far the best riding vehicle. We love the all-wheel drive and the comfort of the seats. Drives quiet and super smooth. We were also able to get the car for significantly less than the other two options.

I am again impressed by Sheehy. I have purchased 2 cars from their Subaru dealership. I wanted to try something new. Maxx Manu at their Springfield Ford did not disappoint. He provided the warm welcome and lissltened to my concerns and and budget to find the right car. I'll be back to see Maxx again and I would recommend him to anyone!

I took my Toyota highlander for an issue it had. Josh, helped us out and took care of the problem, he was profesional and very helpful. He also Kept us updated through out the process. My husband and i are very happy with the results!

All staff was very nice, I think I was well taken-care of by Christian and the members that worked on my Forester's scheduled maintenance. I plan to return to Safford Brown Subaru for my next scheduled maintenance visit.

I’d done my homework and showed up ready to buy. Yaser was terrific. He came outside to greet me on a very hot day. Once inside, he was friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager (typically Mr. Hard Nose) couldn’t have been nicer as well. Everyone at the dealership was in a good mood, smiling - and it was a Monday! After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The whole process took only about one and a half hours to complete (very fast) and they washed the car and filled the tank with gas before handing over the keys. Overall, a great experience. This is my second Outback purchased at FitzMall, last one in 2011. Turned in the older one with 135K and bought a beautiful 2019 with only 16K. Appreciate the "no hassle, no haggle" pricing and the "no pressure," service of Darrin and Scott. Manny, who handled financing was also terrific. Look forward to visiting the excellent service department in the future, especially my favorite Ismael. All in all, a great experience.

Guys are professional, honest, and transparent. I saw a jeep I loved and they went out of their way to make make sure everything was perfect. Darin is a complete pro- seek him out for a new or used car. Lastly their 4000 mile warranty and ten day return policy is excellent- great place to buy used car!
