Used 2024 Subaru Ascent for sale near Loch Lloyd, MO

I actually enjoyed my buying experience very much. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I simultaneously felt like very valued customer and a good friend. I was very happy with the deal I was offered. I already knew that I wanted a Crosstrek and had test driven one at another dealership (Lee’s Summit. Also a great place!) where my son bought a Crosstrek. I already knew Subarus are great vehicles (I used to own a Forester). I just needed a good deal, and I got one! Plus some new friends. Thank you

After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

I went to Subaru of Olathe looking for an Impreza! Steve Botts helped me find the perfect Impreza with everything I wanted and within my price range. Shannon Brumley worked with me to complete the sell and was very patient and went back and forth with me while I worked with my bank to secure an auto loan. About 3 weeks after purchasing the car, the car had a mechanical issue that required a tow, and I remembered that Shannon told me to reach out to her if I ever needed anything with the car. I immediately called her for help. She helped me secure a tow to Subaru as well as hooked me up with a loaner car. Not only did she provide me with a loaner car so I could still get to and from work but she was able to have another employee bring the car to me! (I unfortunately cannot recall the name of the employee who was very gracious to bring the car to me). Weeks after purchasing my beautiful Impreza, I am still wowed by this team. I highly recommend Steve and Shannon and shopping at Subaru of Olathe overall.

We test drove the Grand Hylander and the Kia and this was by far the best riding vehicle. We love the all-wheel drive and the comfort of the seats. Drives quiet and super smooth. We were also able to get the car for significantly less than the other two options.

Just picked up my new special order Bronco Heritage from these folks and the whole process from start to finish was easy, fun an painless Jimmy, my sales guy, and Jason the owner were easy to work with - no hard line selling, just smooth professionalism and a feeling that I am a part of the family all the way. I got a great price on my new ride and a fantastic price on my trade-in and the smile on my face is really big, lol! If you are in the market for a Ford Louisburg Ford is, in my opinion, the BEST place to go even if you have to drive a bit farther as the experience is worth the wait.

There was no pressure to buy anything. We were served complimentary breakfast while waiting. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and interested in helping me with anything I might need. The finance portion of the purchase was quick and simple. I didn't have to fill out the same info over and over. I did do the quick finance app online prior to coming in. At no time did I feel pressured or feel like they were trying to trick me into anything (like many car dealers). I was given a tour of the dealership and where to go for future service or parts. Before going home they had someone sit in the car with me and go over how to use some of the functions and even paired my phone with the Bluetooth. We purchased our 2024 certified Outback in late February and was treated amazing by Reed and Oscar and sales team and I would highly recommend Subaru of Olathe and will definitely return when it’s time to upgrade to another Subaru!!!

I’ve never actually bought a car from Lee’s Summit Subaru, but you wouldn’t know it by the way they treat me. Every time I’ve needed help—whether it was checking out a vehicle I bought elsewhere or helping fix an issue another dealership wouldn’t—they’ve stepped up without hesitation. Most recently, I purchased a Subaru from a different dealership with a written agreement to fix a known problem. After the sale, that dealership did everything they could to avoid holding up their end of the deal. Eventually, I was told to go to Subaru to handle it. That’s where Lee’s Summit Subaru came through once again. Their service team handled the issue quickly and professionally. Amanda in service is especially amazing—she’s honest, knowledgeable, and always friendly. She keeps you informed without pressure and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free.
