The service center did a thorough job of assessing the problems and adjusting my transmission and engine, resolving both issues efficiently. Just yesterday I definitely noticed the engine improvement, so I’m very satisfied with the result. I’m also impressed that the dealership is focused on preventive maintenance, this has worked well for me. Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order. Adults can't be taught common sense or personal responsibility ...
