My battery had gone dead in the cold weather. We got an appointment with Ringo for the next day. They gave it a test and found out out was bad, they ordered one and we came in following day and they replace it for free. Great service as always

General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

The experience was one that went flawlessly, from scheduling the first appointment to driving off the premises in a new car. I scheduled service to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2014 Subaru Forester. During the after service inspection it was determined that one of the lug nuts had been cross threaded and that it would cost a little over $100 to get the stud and nut replaced. I explained to the representative that I was very disappointed because they (the dealership) were the only ones that have taken the wheels on and off that car since I bought it. The representative told me that this was very common in cars of this age and I was left feeling that this happens all the time and I should be lucky that it was only one lug nut and stud that needed to be replaced. I have owned cars of this vintage on and off for the 40 years, including 2 other Subarus, and I can tell you this is the first time that I have had a lug nut cross threaded. I purchased this car from the dealership and honestly this is my first experience with the service department that hasn't been exceptional.

Anyone I came in contact with was fantastic! Pleasant, kind and helpful. Prompt response to whatever the questions were!! Was a wonderful atmosphere to be in!!
