A friend bought the Crosstrek sport 2 years ago. After riding in her car and knowing what a satisfied customer she's been, I decided to do a little research myself, reading reviews, comparing to other vehicles in the same class and finally, taking a Crosstrek for a test drive. I've now been driving my Crosstrek for about 6 weeks and I'm delighted with every aspect.

Excellent job for regular maintenance of my car. The service desk knew exactly what was needed and explain the nature and time frame. I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash which was great. In the past I did not know if this was standard. It was nice to be asked.

He was very helpful and made sure that I got as much assistance as possible to not only get the parts ordered but he also had timely follow up. Sam Flores was my service advisor and took the time to really listen to my vehicles issue. Irvine Subaru tried a couple of options and when that didn't work... the Irvine Subaru Team didn't give up! They solved the whistling noise in my moonroof... We are so happy. Thank you to Sam and the service team:))

Service was quite fast when I brought my car in for something I thought would take a few hours. They had it done in about 1 hour and I was quite pleased.

My overall experience is very good. The facilities clearly indicate that the dealer is very trustworthy with division of labor in all departments of business. The employees are very polite. They know what they are doing. They attempt to give me explanation so as to make me understand. The efficiency of the technicians of the service department has cut down our waiting time to a minimum.
