Overall good!! Had a little struggle while purchasing the vehicle, but it?s all good now. They are on the top when it comes to scheduling for the car servicing. That way I don?t have to worry about it.

Makindra was excellent! I asked a lot of questions which she was able to answer in a way that didn?t make me feel stupid. She took my concerns seriously and helped to avoid keeping me with a rental for too long. I think I have a bit of a lemon but Makindra helped keep me sane throughout the whole experience.

Kevin and Genesis were amazing duo. Genesis took the time to go over the entire vehicle so we fully understood all aspects of the car, technology and safety features. She was amazing! Kevin was able to work with us as well to ensure we got the car we wanted by working to trade with another dealership to make it all happen. The process was easy and we felt like we knew Kevin for years! True customer service!

the team at auto nation Subaru is absolutely fantastic. Cornelius, Johnathan,and Liam were fantastic! They helped me and my husband to get out from under terrible loans and treated us like close friends. The whole team worked hard to find us a good deal and we left very happy. I can?t say enough about how INCREDIBLE the staff at Autonation was!!! The place was very busy, people everywhere, like a mall. We had visited three other dealerships but ended coming back to Mike Shaw and working with Keith who we had visited before and had provided us with great customer service and straight up approach about the deal we could get on a 2024 Subaru Ascent. He was willing to work with us and negotiate a win/win for all parties. This was not the case for Centennial Subaru on Arapahoe Rd and Fort Collins Subaru in Colorado, which lost out on the deal, our business and who were not flexible in their approach to working out a purchase from my wife and I. Big kudos to Sales Consultant Keith Traczynski's strait forward approach and ability to negotiate a win/win for all parties. We liked also liked, what he stands for, his values and upfront approach, honesty with customer and most importantly love for God, Country and unbashful patriotism. These are type of people we and many other customers like to deal with, not sales consultants that are so focused on DEI that they forget what they're in business for, which is too sale cars.
