Mike Hines rocked and so did Ganley!

I was in the market for a Subaru Outback and must???ve reached out to a dozen dealers in Ohio. Weeks after buying my the car of my wife???s dreams from Ganley, i still have other dealers sending me form emails about coming in for a test drive. The whole Auto market is broken from my perspective as a professional in business. My time is a precious commodity and if I???m going to spend $30K on something, it???s going to be with a person, and company, that respects it and uses it effectively. That???s exactly what I found in Ganley. With them, I was able to negotiate everything before ever stepping foot on the lot (Thanks Tony!). And, when I did get there Mike made sure that I was in and out and back to my life as quickly as possible, but also that I was valued as a customer. He even sat with me in the car and reviewed all of the options. He was a professional the entire time and never approached me in a fake way. I hope to buy my next car from Mike Hines. Jeff Rosen was also very helpful and Rex Davidson in Finance was absolutely perfect, explaining all options to me in great detail, but never pressuring me. Buying from Ganley was exactly the type of experience I prefer - helpful and productive, yet efficient. It started with Mike Hines and moved throughout everyone I interacted with. If you???re a professional looking for a new Subaru and want a professional, transparent, and efficient car buying process, I simply can???t tevommend Ganley in Bedford strongly enough.
