Money Subaru in Salina, Kansas (honestly...it's the man's surname!) has the best in sales and service folk. I never expect from any provider "next day" service for a small problem. I am one those folks who maker sure a small or really small problem doesn't get bigger. Weather and humidity along with other stuff happens! But every time I need Mark Erlemeier in the Service Department, he is right there. He alone gets five stars. As for my Outback? She gets five stars as well. Purchased while I was still working, she was ready to take on Kansas winters. However, my husband's medical needs called upon me to retire early. Still, our car provides easy in/out access for doctor visits and an extremely comfortable drive. Finally, the doctor "tweaked" my husband's meds and we are back in traveling mode. For an AF man who flew C-130's in Vietnam and always wants to be in control, fortunately our Outback provides such a relaxed drive he is calm. He still tries to navigate! I LOVE MY SUBARU OUTBACK!

The Ascent is a size upgrade in Subaru's offering that we have been waiting for. There isn't a thing I don't like about it. Love it!
The only reason I didn’t get this car was because it hasn’t been on the market long. I’ve had a past purchase of a new model jeep in the past and ran into all sorts of issues. So I did lease an Acadia. I can’t wait for the lease of my vehicle to be up though because by then it will have been on the market for longer and I will Definitely will get the ascent!
Went in to look at a used car we found online, liked it but didn't love it. The Sales Consultant (Baker) helped us find similar vehicles in our price range, and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. Plan on coming back here when we're ready to purchase our next vehicle.
I truly enjoyed working with Ashley at Dahl Automotive! She is very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at!! Even better, she was very honest and open with me about both the Pros of each vehicle AND the cons!! All that she shared I verified on the reviews of each vehicle (because I???m a chronic over thinker and researcher 😂), and I kicked myself for wasting my time when the reviews said exactly what she had said! 😃😃 Honestly, I couldn???t be happier with both my car and experience!!
This place is the best. My wife I were heading home to Minneapolis after a road trip, and after blowing the engine on our 98 Subaru in Beresford, we had it towed to Schulte for a final verdict. They made time in their full schedule for us as we were on the road, and they were extremely friendly when we arrived, made us comfortable with snacks and drinks, took a look at it for free (it was blown...), gave us a free ride to the airport to get a rental car, and not once did they try to pressure us into buying a new car from them. As if all this wasn't enough, they also had me mail them the title from Minneapolis so they could arrange for the salvage to come pick it up, then send us the salvage check. They gave their all for folks they KNEW were not going to buy anything from them. If I lived in Sioux Falls, they would be my go-to dealership and service shop. If you live in Sioux Falls, make them yours.
Hello, I had contacted the dealership to inquire about a Subaru Baja and was treated very nicely by the salesperson. ( I apologize for not remembering his name, it has been a few weeks and I should have wrote it down!). Anyway, he was very pleasant and took time to answer my questions thoroughly. I was looking for a Baja with a few less miles so ended up not coming over to Ohio to check it out. If it had less miles I would certainly have buzzed over! It was a good experience!

The Subaru Ascent is a pleasant surprise, even though all of the reviews I read about it were positive. It's a very comfortable car, and to me drives more like a car than an SUV. I was a Honda owner previously (Pilot, Accord), and thought that I would end up with another Pilot, but the Ascent blew me away. Great features for the price, comfortable seating, and plenty of room in the back for the kids and dogs. The controls and technology are exactly what I wanted - comprehensive, yet easy to operate (and reach). Great design. Plenty of USB ports for the kids. Very happy with the decision to buy, and love this car so far. The only shortcoming so far is the acceleration (where you can feel that this is a turbo 4-cylinder), but the Ascent does get up to cruising speed relatively quickly - and the ride is so comfortable I have to remind myself to slow down because I'm going faster than it feels!
Let them know I was interested in a certain car and they called me back to let me know it was there. Went to look at it the next day and they had it parked out front ready for me to look at! The car was very nice and I ended up buying it with no problems at all and at a great price for the condition it was in and all of the features it had. The people were very friendly and helpful and I absolutely recommend buying a car from them!

This car is amazing and so much fun to drive. Too many features to name here. Can’t even pick a favorite. For a three row seater it handles like a sedan but has room room galore. The third row is so comfortable and has its own vents. Cup holders everywhere. This is a must drive. You will be blown away. Subaru has thought of everything
Our experience at Austin Subaru was amazing, as always. This time they really went above & beyond. Our Subaru Outback had started leaking unexpectedly & saturated the driver's side of the car. We called over the weekend & spoke to a manager who was SO helpful & friendly & got us in the next day. From the moment we walked into Austin Subaru for our appointment with Fouad Kassem, we knew we???d come to the right place. The ambiance of the dealership is warm, relaxed, and welcoming. Fouad was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and eager to assist us. For once I can say that buying a car can be a wonderful, carefree experience. In our case, we bought a preowned Forester and preordered a 2019 Ascent. Fouad fully explained all of the options we had in choosing the cars, but never pressured us at any step of the purchase. Indeed, the experience was so impressive that a couple of days later a friend of ours asked us to accompany her to purchase a car. We brought her to Fouad and he showed her all the options she had for a preowned car in her price range. She ended up with a Nissan Rouge and was thoroughly delighted with her car and Fouad???s assistantance. From start to finish, the three of us felt quite at home at Austin Subaru and glad we had the chance to do business with Fouad. The only shortcoming--which didn't affect much--was that Id asked t to have the tires that were taken off put into the back of my car (which John acknowledged I'd done) but they weren't. One tire would have been okay for an extra if I'd needed it. But. . .
Very friendly and helpful. I have done business with Bobby Rahal before and have come to expect this high level of interaction between buyer and seller.

We just bought the Ascent a week ago but it has already proved to be a very versatile and family-friendly SUV. Our kids outgrew the passenger cabin in our Forester so the Ascent was a great next step for us because we love Subaru's reliability and ability to go almost anywhere. Our 16, 14, and 12 year old fit very well in the Ascent with room to spare.
We were in the market looking for a lease on a 2018 Subaru. Within 10 minutes Jodi was on the phone with us and told us what they had as well as pricing. We told her the pricing that we were looking for and she was able to come up with a vehicle that suited us perfect! She continued to follow up with us until the time we actually came down and purchased the vehicle. When we got to the dealership to drive the car our sales person (Matt) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we understood everything. We had called other dealerships who did not bother to get back to us and Blaise Alexander did in just a matter of minutes. Love getting good old customer service!!!

Best car ever except for mud

I currently own two Subaru models. A 2016 Forester and about 3 days now a brand new 2019 Ascent premium. The only problem that needs to addressed on both cars is muddy road conditions. These cars are mud collectors. The undercarriage needs to be smooth with added mud guards to protect the brakes. Alloy rims should not be so deep inside. The Forester will hold mud in the rims making them go out of balance. Mud will also get under the lower door seals. When it feezes opening the door damages the seals. And they are very expensive to replace. Mud collects under the rear bumper. Wheel wells also. The Ascent is not as bad but mud still gets under the door seals. For an off road capable car this should not be happening.
I was looking to sell my Canadian vehicle and went to CarSense Chester Springs for a quote on a Saturday. They gave me a quote and I mulled it over for a couple of days then returned on a Tuesday morning to sell. The process was almost complete when they realized that they would not be able to resell my vehicle wholesale to an auctioneer (because it's Canadian and still reads in km) which meant the vehicle was basically useless to them. I could tell the buyer and other sales associates felt bad, but they also felt that their hands were tied and they couldn't purchase the vehicle from me at a loss. What happened next was truly unexpected. After checking all of their options and determining that yes, it was true that they couldn't sell my car at anything near the value they would pay for it THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HONOR THEIR INITIAL QUOTE ANYWAY. And they did.
My situation is pretty specific (Canadian vehicle, unfortunate oversight made when pricing out my vehicle, etc.) but overall it demonstrates that this is a dealership with integrity and heart. "Auto dealer" and "classy" aren't terms typically uttered in the same sentence, but I can definitely say that CarSense is a dealership with class. I have already relayed my experienced to several people and I will continue to do so. I would highly recommend CarSense Chester Springs.
I highly recommend Cannon Subaru, we bought an Outback from them and the Sales team and the management team came through for us. Hats off to our salesman Ray LeStourgen, the Sales Mgr. Will Coleman and the GM David Mulder. They went out of their way to make our buying experience a success.

It was time for something bigger than my Tacoma, which I LOVED. A friend of mine had just bought her new Ascent so I was intrigued. She has a family like mine and loves her Ascent, it is easy to see why after owning mine for the last month. I couldn't be happier, great car! Highly recommend!
Recently the Stevens Ford dealer in Milford handled two recall issues for me, regarding my 2014 Ford Fusion.
I was pleased with how things transpired. (Regarding the question below, yes, I bought the Fusion from this dealer. However, I did not visit the dealer recently to buy a vehicle, only to have the recall notice issues handled).

I drove home and it was amazing. The vehicle rode so smooth and it was a nice ride back home. I am so glad that I went to speak with Pamela, she helped me so much. She was patient and very nice to us.
My wife and recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Kia Sorento. Since the purchase we have been nothing short of satisfied with our choice. The vehicle is like new and we have not had any problems. The Kia warranties are unmatched and gave us added confidence in our purchase. What we were most impressed with was our overall buying experience. This was our first car we bought from a dealership and we were fairly hesitant because everyone we spoke to had negative stories about buying a car and dealing with a dealership. That was not the case at all at the Doug Smith Kia Dealership. First off, they were the only dealership our friends and colleagues said good things about so we decided to go with them. The minute we were there we felt welcomed and not pressured at all. Fortunately we were able to work with the best salesman???Zachary Hansen. He was the most cheerful, laid back guy. He listened to everything we wanted and showed us just that. Never once did he try to persuade us in a different direction. Even our test drive with him was fun and relaxing. Zach seriously made all the difference in the world and actually made our first time experience so good we said we???re coming back to him and getting another car soon. He even went out of his way to get us some trade in money for our old car, which I didn???t think we could anything. He also kept in touch and sent us some friendly letters in the mail to thank us and make sure we were doing well. If you are in the market for a Kia or any car, I fully endorse and recommend Doug Smith. Ask for Zachary Hansen! You will not regret it.
I have not purchased a vehicle for myself since 2004 and a new vehicle since 2001. To say I was apprehensive walking into a dealership to buy a new car is an understatement. Salesman Ryan LaChapelle immediately put my wife and I at ease from our first introduction. He was both very personable and extremely informative about the product he was selling ( as well as my 2004 WRX which I was not trading in) - you can tell he is a car guy and loves his job as it shows. When he walked away my wife observed interactions with other salesman with customers (and no offense to them) however my wife stated she was glad we had Ryan as she says "there's just something genuine about him". The entire transaction took about 30-45 minutes. I had to come back to do the paperwork the next day (childcare issues) and the day after that Ryan made sure the car was properly prepped and took his time going over the new car checklist handoff. He was very responsive and communicative by text and phone throughout. This was all super helpful especially considering I live about an hour away. Next came the Finance guy. Typically the slickest and best salesman at any car dealership. Their job is to add profit ('back end'). Bob Signori (Finance Director) immediately put me at ease and did not attempt to hard sell any products. He mentioned various offerings, I politely declined, and he moved on. He obtained a good rate after a few inquiries (my credit is excellent which helps) and explained all my questions completely and in layman's terms. Just overall a really great guy. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership and it's unfortunate I will have to go to another Honda place closer to my house for service. Please consider this dealership for your next Honda purchase and ask for Ryan.
While I didn't buy a car from them (I live in PA, 365 miles away) I found their website extremely informative. I am researching Subarus and the amount of information Plant Subaru provides on its site is absolutely amazing. I learned a great deal that helped me decide which model I wanted (Forester). I wish I lived closer - I'd buy from them in a heartbeat! Based on their website alone I give them 5 stars! I can't imagine how good the actual visit must be.

After two Outbacks we sized up to Ascent. So far, great, as we have only had it a few days. The Subaru reputation for reliability, style, handling, comfort and details is why we keep coming back.
We've bought 4 Mazda's over the last few years (3 from Hine, 1 in VA), we love the style and quality. Our daughters have each owned one, a Miata from Hine and a 3 from VA (she's in Navy). And the service department is always friendly and helpful, even when I don't have an appointment, which is most of the time! Can't recommend them enough.
Alex was my salesman and he was amazing! He always treated me like his top priority -returning my calls and emails promptly and going way out of his way to answer a myriad of my persnickety questions! I'd researched and shopped for months for my new 2018 Outback and never would have thought I'd drive 12 hours out of my way to purchase a car -but no other dealer could beat Lithia Fresno's price and their service. (They even added two extra accessory packages to the deal and installed them free of charge -having my new baby all shiny and ready for me when I arrived.) This entire experience was surprisingly easy and I am an extremely satisfied customer!
