This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

Highly recommended. Great sales professional and awesome dealership. Saw an ‘08 Toyota Tundra 4x4 crew cab on Cars.com with a tag coming soon. I called Wilsonville Subaru and communicated with various Sales Associates and they were all helpful and accommodating. The Tundra generated many interest due to its low mileage, one ownership and well maintained. I scheduled to see the Tundra but I was informed that it was sold to someone who came 10 minutes earlier. Not meant to be. The dealership remained in contact with me, and I informed them to keep me inform in case the sale did not go through. I was informed later the Tundra sold. A week later I received a call that the Tundra was available again because it was retuned. That was it. I drove to the dealership and was meet highly professional group. I came home with a Tundra. This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

First contact was over the internet. They provided information as well as a very attractive price thousands below MSRP. Sales staff (Jon Lahey) was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not pushy. He patiently listened and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with the dealership and the sales staff.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.

I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and Jon was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! He was knowledgeable about the year and model. I even took the dealer up on their offer to put a deposit down so the car would be "on hold" while I wait a couple days for my PPI appointment with the mechanic, something I'd never done before. I would happily buy another car from this dealership!

I had not purchased a new car in 15 years, so I was not sure what to expect and was not looking forward to the experience. I made contact with Tony Johnson a few days before the purchase and he did a great job of understanding my needs and expectations. He was ready to show me only the models that fit my needs, he applied no pressure, and treated me and my family like long time customers. The car was for my 22 year old daughter, and Tony was patient and respectful of her interests. We were presented two extended warranty options but no pressure was applied and nobody tried to convince me to buy one. All of the other staff with which we spoke were also friendly and accommodating.

Eric was very helpful and patience waiting until I’m ready to buy the car I want. I’m still in the process getting to know all the electronics how they work. Levi gave me more info and showed me more about all the electronic features how to set it up.. I have fun meeting this guy Eric and Levi.

I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer.
