This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

They have an award winning Service Department! Prompt, efficient, professional! They have a neat coffee machine and lots of snacks! A comfortable waiting area too!

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.

Friendly staff, very professional,I love my vehicle. They made sure I was very comfortable, satisfied and complete. Before I drove my vehicle off of the Lot they made sure I had a full tank of gas and a fully detailed vehicle. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from here as well. I bought the Subaru Crosstrek Limited with 7 miles on it. The hardest decision was which color to choose. I have only had the car for less than a month, so I am still learning all the safety features and new technology. That is why some of the ratings are only a 4. So far, I am very pleased with the handling, gas mileage, and the comfort of the head and leg room.

Was very straight forward. Only thing is I would have liked to take the car out for a test drive at highway speed before we bought it-they didn't give us that opportunity.

Our salesman Seth was professional and helpful. We traveled 2 hours to see a particular car that interested us. Very pleased with the service, dealer, and car.

Had a great experience at Subaru of Morristown ..from being greeted by the sales team to ending with finance it could not have been any easier ..everyone was friendly knowledgeable and made the process simple ..Bob was our salesperson and did an excellent job along with Sam (sales manager)and Matt (finance) all and any questions were answered..we also visited the Service Department which is an important part of purchasing a vehicle since they will be the team that keeps my Subaru in tip top shape! I got my car serviced for the first time since I bought it - about 6 months. David was very helpful when I arrived for my appointment and talked me through everything I needed to know. I wasn't expecting my car to be worked on until later that day but as I was leaving the lot, they were bringing my car into the service bay. About 1.5 hrs later I received a call that the car was finished and ready for pickup. Pickup and payment were easy, and David was able to help me fix some contact information from my file.
