I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. From Virginia answering our distress call to Peter who was our service representative, the personal treatment of our predicament was extraordinary. They were not only professional but also compassionate. Peter went beyond normal business procedures to communicate, diagnose and expedite repair of our Outback. We were stranded in a medical situation, from out of state. Their attitude, explanation of the problem and fast action to fix it made our medical situation more bearable. It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. Thank you Peter, Virginia and the mechanics who made our safe return home possible. This is our 5th Subaru and not our last!
