General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

6000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I like the inspection process. Waiting room is comfortable with ample snacks and refreshments. Service staff was friendly. Car also gets washed after the service.

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. came in for service and was immediately greeted by Sandra. She took down all my information to complete my request , gave me an estimated time of completion and offered me a ride if needed. Then went to wait in waiting area. Sandra text me to let me know if I anything was needed else needed to be done i could text her anytime.Met the service manager, Tyler, who came to me with a recommendation to have something else done which I like because I didn?t authorize this particular repair . He explained everything so i would understand, and made me feel comfortable with what needed to be done. Service was finished in reasonable time and the price was not shocking. Very happy with everyone and my experience and would highly recommend Ira Subaru to anyone.

Very happy with my new Crosstrek. Enjoyable to drive. Handles well. The 2.5L, 182 HP motor has plenty of power. And the ride is smooth and comfortable. What’s not too like?

Went in get a recall serviced and get my console looked at under warranty. The staff was AMAZING, incredibly nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint was due to a situation out of their control. They wanted to charge me $185 to update software in my console to see if that would fix my issue. This wasn't covered under my warranty, and seems like an awful corporate decision to me. Again I can't stress enough how great the service staff here was to work with
