New and used 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited for sale near Parsippany, NJ

I told them I wanted my tires rotated, per my plan. They did not do that. I drove away before I realized it. So I immediately returned abd asked why. They stated it was because they claimed the tread thickness was at the margins and it wouldn't make a difference. But I had to show, because of uneven wear on the front, that they did need rotated. The desk guy agreed once he saw and they rotated them. It was poor practice to not rotate, per my request and my plan, and even worse to not tell me they hadn't rotated them. Generally I like the place so I rated a four, but this time it was really a 2 or 1. Lastly, I tried to call service dept twice before my visit. Neither time did anyone answer, nor did they return my messages.

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

As always the sales process was enjoyable and easy. I contacted Andrew in the morning about the vehicle I was interested in and he evaluated my trade in and worked out the financing so that we could come in and sign after work.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

Sales rep was helpful and knowledgeable. Checking in on my status that wasn't overwhelming.

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

The sales associate, Ardy Reed, was friendly and professional. giving me her complete attention start to finish during the buying process. I feel I received a fair trade in price and new car price. The car was ready on the day promised and all closing documents were finalized efficiently, including delivery of my new license plate. Follow-up phone calls and emails were also received to confirm my satisfaction with the process. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer and I have been satisfied with the experience both times.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Despite being very busy, staff were attentive. There is a large selection of both new and used vehicles.

Quick, friendly and professional service in a spotless facility. Plenty of room to work while waiting. Coffee machine, bottled water and light snacks are available to grab on your own.

I recently purchased my second used vehicle from Stivers Subaru Decatur. Both times I had a great experience, especially with salesman Mike Rutledge who had a very friendly demeanor, was very attentive and went above and beyond to be helpful. They are very fair and transparent in their pricing and dealings. The car I recently purchased had a few things that needed attention which they willingly agreed to take care of at the time of the sale as they have a certain standard they adhere to for their used vehicles and just hadn't had a chance to take care of them before I came in and snatched it up. When the parts came in they gave me a 2025 Subaru Forester as a loaner for about a week. I am very happy with my vehicle and feel that I got a great deal. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable used vehicle, whether a Subaru or other model, as they frequently get very nice trade-ins.

I was able to quickly be seen, vehicle was evaluated, parts were available, and I scheduled to drop the car off the next morning. The Subaru location is beautiful and easily seen from the interstate, which is the reason why I ended up in Buda with my car. The work was completed that I had approved and I was able to get my car back the same day. A loaner vehicle was brought up, if the vehicle was going to remain for more work, but was not necessary. I was glad to know it was going to be available. Multiple texts and phone calls were made to update me and I loved the ability to approve work through their online system by using my phone. Everything went smoothly and I think most people would enjoy the easy access to what was happening to their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for any work we need. He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! My appointment with Gateway Suburu was quick and easy but unresolved as part for my vehicle is on 3-4 month backorder. All were polite and efficient but sitill no resolution. .
