From the start, Anthony Moreno (Salesperson ) was courteous , knowledgeable , and respectful of my needs.He took time to understand what I was looking for and didn’t pressure me into anything outside my budget. He was upfront about pricing, explained all the features of the vehicle I was interested in, and even followed up after my test drive to see if I had any questions. His professionalism made the car-buying experience much smoother than I anticipated . As for the management team, they were equally impressive. When it came to finalize the deal, Brad Conner ( Manager) worked with me to find financing options that made sense. There was no bait-and-switch or last-minute add-ons - just clear, honest communication . The entire process felt transparent and efficient, which isn’t always the case at car dealerships. In summary , I had a great experience thanks to the friendly and straightforward approach of both the salesman and the management. I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model.
I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

My car looks great!
Maita Subaru is fast and efficient in servicing my car. They have a wonderful food area with a very pleasant and helpful attendant. The parts department has always been helpful whenever I had a question or didn't know the proper name for the item I wanted. I don't drive very much any more but they are able to adjust my servicing schedule to fit my mileage. It is a pleasure going in for servicing. .
