Makindra was excellent! I asked a lot of questions which she was able to answer in a way that didn?t make me feel stupid. She took my concerns seriously and helped to avoid keeping me with a rental for too long. I think I have a bit of a lemon but Makindra helped keep me sane throughout the whole experience.

I can?t say enough about how INCREDIBLE the staff at Autonation was!!! The place was very busy, people everywhere, like a mall. Not even two minutes after I approached the crowd someone was there to help me. The transaction was quick and painless. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and attention to MY needs.
