I have not purchased a car since 1997. My needs have shifted from a sports car to a compact SUV that is higher off the ground and easier to get into. What impresses me the most is initially the leather interior, but the seats are amazing. The driver's seat is fully adjustable and more comfortable than anything I have experienced before. The handling, performance, and safety features provide the quality that I am looking for. The sales staff at Kendall Subaru were supportive and helpful. Jerry Thompson was my primary sales contact and worked with me over a period of time until I was ready to complete my purchase.

This 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited replaces my 2021 Crosstrek 6MT. Sad to give up the manual transmission but this one is really outstanding. Loaded with comfort and safety features the car is tremendous value for the cost. Quiet and comfortable with a nice look.

Found a great car listed on Cars.com. Called to confirm that the vehicle was still available and was able to make an appointment to see it a few hours later with Anthony C. The buying process was straightforward, didn't have to play games. Anthony was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We live quite far from the dealership but would be happy to go again if we needed.

I love my new Subaru Forester! It has everything I need for a car... Working w/ Kyle was a great experience. He answered my questions, was very polite, honest and very patient w/ me from start to finish, considering I have hearing disability, he used texts to make sure I got all the informations I need. Even after I bought the car, he texted to follow up if everything is ok and to reach out if I have questions.. I admire his diligence at work.. and I'm pretty sure he'll make a good Manager.. After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. Should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, not only will this dealership be on my list, I will not hesitate to recommend it with friends, relatives and acquaintances who are currently shopping - or will shop - for their next car.

We leased my beautiful Blue Subaru in December of 2016, fell in love with it from the beginning. Gabe Kourie was very helpful and great to deal with as were the others at the dealership. When it was time to lease another car for my husband, there was no question that it would be a Subaru. We called Gabe to save us a Black Outback and we leased it sight unseen. I have referred friends to Cortlandt Curry for Subarus and service because I trust them and like their attitude. Very nice staff and a nice atmosphere. Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!

I've had a nothing but good experiences with this dealer. Since last year I've owned a 2018 STI that i didnt buy from that dealer yet they treated me like family. Kevin from parts has been my biggest life line when it came to part questions. From understanding what I need to helping me get the parts I need. I know I will always be able to get what I need or have my questions answered!

From Virginia answering our distress call to Peter who was our service representative, the personal treatment of our predicament was extraordinary. They were not only professional but also compassionate. Peter went beyond normal business procedures to communicate, diagnose and expedite repair of our Outback. We were stranded in a medical situation, from out of state. Their attitude, explanation of the problem and fast action to fix it made our medical situation more bearable. It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. Thank you Peter, Virginia and the mechanics who made our safe return home possible. This is our 5th Subaru and not our last!
