I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

I love this car. I never thought I would want a Subaru, but I needed an all wheel drive, and this car drives smoothly and has all of the features I was looking for.

Very happy with my new Crosstrek. Enjoyable to drive. Handles well. The 2.5L, 182 HP motor has plenty of power. And the ride is smooth and comfortable. What’s not too like?

I wasn?t going to give feedback, because I?m not sure it?s actually valued. But since I have been solicited three times now, including a phone call, here you go. I came in without an appointment, and received the service requested, in the time estimated, so the experience was satisfactory. I also spur or the moment, bought a part. The only negative, and unfortunately, I?ve given this feedback in the showroom before, I was able to walk around the showroom looking at the vehicles displayed, and no one said a word to me, not even a ?Hello?. I?m not sure why that happens, but it?s a pattern of behavior that I think will eventually out the business in jeopardy.

Everyone was so nice and friendly, especially Mike, Kristy, and Terry. They were amazing at what they do and helpful with everything they did. 10/10 would recommend again <3

They had the car online and the staff had to find the new trade in, get it serviced and ready to go. They were there to answer my questions along that way and kept me up to date on the status of my new (to me) car. They had customers in there before me and 5 deals were done and leaving on a Friday late afternoon, they were professionals because they got thorough the paperwork and financing in no time. Great service as usual. The customer service representative was very friendly and thoroughly explained the required repairs. I dropped off my car and it was ready in an hour or so.

They get me in quickly and have my car ready when I need it. The work is done right and at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had a 2:30pm appointment for an oil change and they called me around 2:00pm to say it was done.

Greeted by staff and advised of what would be done. Since I had not been in for service was escorted to a waiting area with refreshments. Very comfortable.

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more!
