Very happy with my new Crosstrek. Enjoyable to drive. Handles well. The 2.5L, 182 HP motor has plenty of power. And the ride is smooth and comfortable. What’s not too like?

Upon the recommendation of a friend from work, my wife and I made the hour-plus drive from our home in Geauga county down to Diehl Subaru. We met with Erik Bettinger and went over a couple new vehicles, finally deciding that the 2023 Subaru Forester was the best choice for us. After going back home to sleep on it, something we always do prior to a large purchase, we decided that the dealership and the vehicle were both right for us. They talked me out of service I didn't need but had scheduled, so I appreciate that! Very friendly, kept me informed with both the standard text updates and video walk through. He also came into the waiting room several times to personally give me updates.
