New and used 2025 Subaru Crosstrek for sale near Lansdowne, VA

My my experience was good. However it was a long way for me to go look at a car. That’s why I didn’t go.

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

I had a oil change and transmission check. The work was done quickly. The service lane assistant Alli Smith was very professional.All work was done well.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

I was originally sceptical when I saw all of the 5 star reviews. I thought that it was too good to be true. Now I know just how wrong I was. The service was excellent, Alex was just as honest and professional as I heard. I have had little to no problems with the car and am very happy.

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

I recently, and quite unexpectedly, bought a fantastic Acura automobile while my wife and I were in the Tri-State area of NY/NJ/CT and was wondering if you could open an Acura dealership in Maine so I don’t have to travel vast distances to get it serviced? It’s probably not common to be writing a positive review when a purchase was not completed, but here it is. With a little background information first. I am battling an incurable cancer, although the doctors believe it is manageable. But to arrive at my affordability numbers I obviously needed to consider future medical costs, cost of living and even life expectancy. Once I decided what price would work for me, the vehicle (2021 Sonata) I hoped it would be reasonable to Fitzway. Unfortunately, they were unwilling or unable to lower the sticker price listed. But, here is the positive. Marie Tsillas was outstanding with her efforts in the whole process. She answered every question, offered other vehicles all in an extremely quick manner, all via the internet. Fitzway can be proud of her and I would highly recommend contacting her for a purchase. The only reason I did not give Fitzway a 5 star rating is because we were not able to complete the purchase as close as I believe the numbers were. Otherwise, Fitzway and Marie are worthy of 5 stars.

The car buying experience usually elicits a fair bit of anxiety from me, but I have to say 5 Star Subaru of Grapevine made my car purchase pretty painless. They are a business and they have to make money, I get that, but "Chief" (my sales consultant) was super easy going and I felt no hint of pushiness or pressure. Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.
