Very happy with my new Crosstrek. Enjoyable to drive. Handles well. The 2.5L, 182 HP motor has plenty of power. And the ride is smooth and comfortable. What’s not too like?

I have not purchased a car since 1997. My needs have shifted from a sports car to a compact SUV that is higher off the ground and easier to get into. What impresses me the most is initially the leather interior, but the seats are amazing. The driver's seat is fully adjustable and more comfortable than anything I have experienced before. The handling, performance, and safety features provide the quality that I am looking for. The sales staff at Kendall Subaru were supportive and helpful. Jerry Thompson was my primary sales contact and worked with me over a period of time until I was ready to complete my purchase.

Too bad I can't give this a 6 star rating! Several months ago I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Stohlman Subaru of Sterling. I had been leasing cars for 10 years and this was a big step forward to buy one. EVERY single person I dealt with from my sales expert (Vic), to their financing guru (Josh), and their very helpful post-purchase car tour/tutorial (Chris) took their time to answer any and all questions I had, to inform me about every step that was being taken, and they were very patient without forcing the sale on me. This was a HUGE help to make me feel like I was making the right decision since I was not intending on buying that day, but I couldn't pass up this car and it wouldn't have stayed on the lot very long either. Additionally, a big shout out to Emma and Rachel in the Service department! I had to get a tow hitch installed and a warranty issue dealt with and they were so helpful with the entire process from scheduling to setting me up with a loaner and keeping me updated on the status of the car. This 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited replaces my 2021 Crosstrek 6MT. Sad to give up the manual transmission but this one is really outstanding. Loaded with comfort and safety features the car is tremendous value for the cost. Quiet and comfortable with a nice look.

This is my second Outback purchased at FitzMall, last one in 2011. Turned in the older one with 135K and bought a beautiful 2019 with only 16K. Appreciate the "no hassle, no haggle" pricing and the "no pressure," service of Darrin and Scott. Manny, who handled financing was also terrific. Look forward to visiting the excellent service department in the future, especially my favorite Ismael. All in all, a great experience.

Guys are professional, honest, and transparent. I saw a jeep I loved and they went out of their way to make make sure everything was perfect. Darin is a complete pro- seek him out for a new or used car. Lastly their 4000 mile warranty and ten day return policy is excellent- great place to buy used car!
