I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

Jesus got me in the right car. Able to set up Sirius system and explain the electronics. Every question was covered. Has great patience working with me and coordinating with insurance company. I have bought several Subaru’s through Jesus.

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

Holmgren has serviced my Forester for many years and has always been excellent but Kyle takes it to a new level! He took a lot of time discussing & checking out the issues at drop off and made sure there was a clear description for the mechanic to work from. Nice to feel my input was important. Very happy with my new Crosstrek. Enjoyable to drive. Handles well. The 2.5L, 182 HP motor has plenty of power. And the ride is smooth and comfortable. What’s not too like?

Emily Day was wonderful-when Balise backed out of a deal with us (they are the dealer closest to our house), we literally called Patriot from the Balise parking lot and they said they would honor the deal we had made with Balise. We had a wonderful buying experience with Balise 6 years before but were feeling lazy about driving to NA. Never again!! I've bought 2 cars from Planet over the last 5 years. The last purchase in September, I worked with Amelia, a great sales rep. I would make an appointment , drive 100 miles round trip from Cape Cod to look at the several Outbacks Amelia selected that might meet my very high bar; none did. Without Planet's large used car inventory, and Amelia"s patience and hard work, I would probably still be looking.
