The buying process was straightforward, didn't have to play games. Anthony was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. I have not purchased a car since 1997. My needs have shifted from a sports car to a compact SUV that is higher off the ground and easier to get into. What impresses me the most is initially the leather interior, but the seats are amazing. The driver's seat is fully adjustable and more comfortable than anything I have experienced before. The handling, performance, and safety features provide the quality that I am looking for. The sales staff at Kendall Subaru were supportive and helpful. Jerry Thompson was my primary sales contact and worked with me over a period of time until I was ready to complete my purchase.

Service administrator was informative and kept me current thru the service visit. Intake was quick, exit was efficient, service area well maintained, and the team was very accommodating.

This 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited replaces my 2021 Crosstrek 6MT. Sad to give up the manual transmission but this one is really outstanding. Loaded with comfort and safety features the car is tremendous value for the cost. Quiet and comfortable with a nice look.

Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!

John was to the point, very honest and didn't waste time. He clearly said what he could offer and it was a great deal to start with. Very happy with the buying process.
