I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

Went in for an oil change and and other things and they found bushings were worse and said we should replace them. Service writer Lindsey was great and there shuttle driver Sammy was very nice and outgoing making it a pleasure to use there shuttle at IRA.

Wonderful experience today. Bought full set of windshield wiper blades with free installation, all done within 15 minutes. Everyone was fast and courteous.

The kindness of every person I dealt with today at Clay Subaru cannot be overstated. My car needed an oil change. A sudden death required my driving the car a long way and that oil change became imperative. Anna booked me an appointment and got me in and out in record time. Always very helpful every time I visit there. Today needed an inspection sticker and they put a new battery in my key fob and washed my car. You can't beat that!
