I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. Brought my car into Napleton Subaru Service for a follow-up check of my transmission, plus a check of excess noise upon warm up. The service center did a thorough job of assessing the problems and adjusting my transmission and engine, resolving both issues efficiently. Just yesterday I definitely noticed the engine improvement, so I’m very satisfied with the result. I’m also impressed that the dealership is focused on preventive maintenance, this has worked well for me.
