This is my third Forester, and each time I’ve worked with Tom Tyson. He makes the process so easy and straightforward—I always know exactly what to expect, with no need for back-and-forth. After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

In 2016, I bought a Subaru here and the sales experience and the service experience have been fabulous. Last week, I traded in that Subaru and bought a new one. Again, the sales experience was great and my salesperson (Tom Tyson) was great to work with. He’s also checked in this week to make sure all’s going well. I’d recommend both Wilsonville Subaru and Tom Tyson!

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

Ryan made our recent auto purchase stress free. He pointed out the car's features during the test drive and answered all our questions, inviting us to return if we needed further explanations. The paperwork process was seamless and we were able to drive the vehicle home that afternoon. We would highly recommend both Ryan and Royal Moore Subaru.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

I have a 2022 Crosstrek Limited. I think it is overall a great commuter car with average 33MPG. However, I have two issues with this vehicle 1) Seat it took small & uncomfortable if you seat for a period of time and 2) Highway wind noise is pretty loud around 70 db at 65mph.

I was wanting to go to a simple newer v6 Ram from a diesel Ram and they had this red one! Quick contract signing as promised. Easy sales that let the Ram sell itself WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy! Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient. Hey, try their coffee! Good too! 😂 I’m impressed!

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

Traded a Jeep Sport for a Crosstrek Sport and couldn’t be happier. On the first road trip of almost two thousand miles averaged 38 mpg at between 70-75 mph during the first six hours of driving. Performance was smooth with no issues. Very good vehicle. My 3rd Subaru and had 4 new Wranglers. Will stick with Subarus. Better build quality

Excellent service. The sales person Francisco was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. No pressure sales approach. A very good buying experience. Very good follow-up.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

I bought a new GMC 3500 Danali Ultimate Truck from Buick GMC of Beaverton. I live in Bremerton WA and initially tried to purchase the truck from my local dealer. After a bad experience I contacted Buick GMC of Beaverton and was able to purchase the same vehicle for $10,000 less, with more options, than I could from my local dealer. For me, it was worth the savings to drive the three hours to Beaverton to get my truck and ended up saving $10,000 over my local dealer. When I initially contacted Buick GMC of Beaverton, I talked to Ryan in Sales and we worked out the details of the sale. We even handled my trade-in with ease. Ryan was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions quickly. Once the details were worked out, he kept me informed during the entire process, since the truck was on the way from the manufacture. When I drove from Washington to Oregon (3hrs) to pick up the truck, they had all of the paperwork completely done. The only thing I had to do was sign my name on the paperwork. It has to be the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased, and I was from out of state. I also worked with Jay on the financial side and he was also stellar. He bent over backwards to make sure my needs were met and I didn't have any issues. From my perspective, if your contemplating buying a GM product, you should contact them first. You'll be surprised on how much you can save, even if you are from out of state like me. This will give you a chance to compare the prices against your local dealers. My entire experience was outstanding and I will keep them in mind for the next vehicle I buy.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

Donavan was my sales person while purchasing my vehicle. He was such a joy to work with. My husband and I were very pleased with all the sales staff we worked with, and will definitely refer a friend. It's difficult for me to describe purchasing a car as a fun experience, but Subaru of Portland nailed it!!

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

Highly recommended. Great sales professional and awesome dealership. Saw an ‘08 Toyota Tundra 4x4 crew cab on Cars.com with a tag coming soon. I called Wilsonville Subaru and communicated with various Sales Associates and they were all helpful and accommodating. The Tundra generated many interest due to its low mileage, one ownership and well maintained. I scheduled to see the Tundra but I was informed that it was sold to someone who came 10 minutes earlier. Not meant to be. The dealership remained in contact with me, and I informed them to keep me inform in case the sale did not go through. I was informed later the Tundra sold. A week later I received a call that the Tundra was available again because it was retuned. That was it. I drove to the dealership and was meet highly professional group. I came home with a Tundra. It was easy purchasing the car in person. We were able to do a test drive and explore other car options as well. The sales people took the time to explain the existing warranty and various warranty options. We drove the car home.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

First contact was over the internet. They provided information as well as a very attractive price thousands below MSRP. Sales staff (Jon Lahey) was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not pushy. He patiently listened and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with the dealership and the sales staff.
