Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

This is the 3rd Hyundai I've owned (Accent, Sonata and Santa Fe Sport). I've loved all three of them and I'm sure my next vehicle will be another Hyundai. I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

Awesome- Worth the visit, all the other Tampa stores have no inventory and no deals!! You need to see them. Thanks to them my daughter is super happy...

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

Have always great service, however this last service I wasn’t happy. Had oil change and tire rotation. With that said now my low tire pressure light is on and both on the right side. Either they didn’t check the tire pressure or they did something to the sensor.

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

Went to DMV today to make a state change on my title and they couldn’t read my vin number. Brought it to the dealership and the GM came out and did a little magic and it was a pleasure meeting him. I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.
