Great experience. Staff member greeted me promptly and professionally. Listened to me explain my problem and explained how she would assist me. I was provided a id home. The problem was resolved later that day. I was provided a ride back to the dealer. My car?s repairs were satisfactorily done and my car had been washed and the interior cleaned.

Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Was wondering what was taking so long for typical service, especially after phone call with service assistant who said the car would be ready by 9:00. According to receipt, car was ready at 8:48. At 10:00 had to text and inquire if car was ready. Have never run in into this problem before.

Very dependable and reliable vehicle regardless of the terrain traveled. The perfect vehicle for older folks or those with knee problems. Seat height is perfect, you can slide in and out of the seat with ease. Smooth ride and overall great vehicle.

Just bought a 2024 Forester premium, and I love it! I especially love the excellent visibility and seating position. Very smooth ride and handling. Very nice looking car, inside and out, and very comfortable with lots of legroom. It’s got heated seats, moonroof, automatic headlights and just about every feature I could imagine wanting. I highly recommend it!

I bought the Sport model for its distinctive look outside and inside, The vehicle handles much better than my older Forester the steering is much more responsive and the ride is what I expected. Mine came with extras that I really enjoy using and the newer safety accessories are really informative and very useful.

MetroWest provides excellent services. My 2015 Forester wouldn’t start and needs to be towed to dealership. They were very thorough check out the car. The only issue was battery needed to be recharged. They bought the car back after the repairs has complete.

Great dealership and service center. The waiting room is comfortable and they provide tea and coffee and snacks. The customer service people stay in contact with you while your car is being serviced. The time I was quoted for my wait was right on.

Went in to look at a used car and they were quick to get me behind the wheel for a test drive, gave me a fair offer on my trade, and agreed to a deal within 30 minutes.

I literally only come to this Subaru (there is one closer to me) because of the person who coordinates the services. Her name is Yvonne and she is fantastic!

Last minute accommodations and quick service by the tech but the real star was Eric at the service desk. Great communication and eager to go above and beyond. 5 stars.

General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

I want to thank EVERYONE that was involved in completing my purchase. I most highly recommend PLANET! Amelia in Sales communicated to me trim/ financing rates/credit scores needed/ sent pictures of two possible vehicles and sticker prices and option lists so I could decide. Gave OTD price. Told me about Passport Program, reminded me to contact DVM for appointment d/t COVID. Sent me info about accessories to “build” my Crosstrex. I have been looking for a vehicle for about a month and a half. My better half sent me a link to check out a particular car at Planet Subaru. Long story short, I called and was connected to Judy. There was absolutey no pressure to buy the vehicle. I did buy the vehicle and I can HONESTLY say that it was the best experience that I EVER had with buying a vehicle. Judy and Joseph went beyond the call of duty to get my wife and I the car that we wanted; with the best rate possible. I have never seen nor dealt with such professionals, when it comes to buying a car. In addittion to Judy and Joseph, the entire staff was/ are friendly and welcoming.
