I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

I recently purchased a BMW X5 at another dealership that had some oil leaks. I took it to Dreyer & Reinbold BMW Greenwood for a diagnostic test. Tony Parson my service advisor worked with myself and the other dealership on getting the work completed and paid by the other dealership. He was pleasant, professional, and was in contact with me all day long each step of the way. He made all the necessary calls to the other dealership in regards to going over the findings of the diagnostic testing, but also was one step ahead with each step. I can't thank him enough but to give him FIVE STARS *****

I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

Answered all my concerns with true time frame and expense. Held to promise of total satisfaction. We’ll be back, Wilbur. Great latte while waiting.

We have had our new Subaru Forester for two months now. We find we love it more every day! The mfg. goes the extra mile in making sure a person is fully satisfied with the auto. I think it is one of the best values on the market. We purchased the Premium trim level and got every accessory we wanted and more. It is a very sharp looking SUV and exceedingly easy to operate all the options. I would say it's one of the best automobiles we ever purchased. It took until age 81 to purchase a foreign made auto, and gladI did!!

It was a little difficult to navigate when making an appointment originally (we had a little more than a standard tuneup needed). Once we were in, the staff in service was very helpful. I would definetely go into the location and talk to the service reps personally. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised and have a better overall experience.

I love my 2025 Subaru Forrester. It is very quiet and rides well. The only downfall to it is that the audio system is it is not very responsive. And the screen on the console for heating and cooling ,you have to tap the screen instead of push buttons or knobs.

Purchased a new Subaru 2025 Touring Forester in March. Love this car. It has all the features for comfort and safety. The exterior color is new and is called River Rock. This is my 2nd Subaru and I love the quality that makes them one of the most popular cars on the road today. The ride is great and very comfortable. It has the brown NAPA brown leather interior. All the controls for this vehicle are easy to select and the infotainment screen has been enlarged to 11.6 inches. This model has been enlarged to handle many chores that you would expect from the Subaru design. Gas mileage is great.. Also no more wires this vehicle has a self charging area for your smart phone. This was a great choice for my needs.

We were traveling out of town Monday at 6:00, outside temp -3 when service engine light came on. Whet to greenwood with my x5 and the service department was closed. Landon Powers in the service department was still there. He added fluids needed and added pressure to tires outside in the cold. He did it cheerfully with no charge. Thank you Landon. I met Bill Vickery in the car lot as I drove through looking at new cars. He found out what I was looking for. I made an appointment and came in 2 days later. There was no pressure to come in sooner. I ended up trading a 2023 Forester for the new 2025 Forester Hybrid. I love this car. It's so easy to drive and has a comfortable ride. Three days later I drove that car 700 miles in 10 hrs 15 min stopping for gas just once. Not bad for this 80 yr old! I can highly recommend my salesman who has been with Tom Wood many years. He and Max made the buying experience quite pleasant. And, did I say I love my car??

I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.
