I love my 2025 Subaru Forrester. It is very quiet and rides well. The only downfall to it is that the audio system is it is not very responsive. And the screen on the console for heating and cooling ,you have to tap the screen instead of push buttons or knobs.

Mike Goodman in service did an outstanding job of working me in when I had a check engine light coming thru on I95. I am not a local and he treated like a decades long customer taking care of my issue and getting me out Moro make a meeting. Thanks

Purchased a new Subaru 2025 Touring Forester in March. Love this car. It has all the features for comfort and safety. The exterior color is new and is called River Rock. This is my 2nd Subaru and I love the quality that makes them one of the most popular cars on the road today. The ride is great and very comfortable. It has the brown NAPA brown leather interior. All the controls for this vehicle are easy to select and the infotainment screen has been enlarged to 11.6 inches. This model has been enlarged to handle many chores that you would expect from the Subaru design. Gas mileage is great.. Also no more wires this vehicle has a self charging area for your smart phone. This was a great choice for my needs.

Great customer service. Was welcomed in and checked in quickly so they could start working on my car. Service was quick and they notified me as soon as it was done.

This is our 2nd Subaru Forester. The first was a 2001 that I inherited from my mom. Liked it so much that we replaced it with a 2025 Subaru Forester Touring edition. Have had it for 2 months now and could not be happier. The ride is smooth and performance for a 4 cyl is great. Plenty of pep unless you are looking to race other vehicles. The seating is very comfortable and road noise is non-existent. I love that the safety ratings for this vehicle is higher than for any other SUV, not just in the small or mid-size category. The cabin is easy to get in and out of, both in the front bucket seats and in the rear bench seat. The second-row seating has a split back that you can drop for extra storage with the push of a button in the back of the car, making it easy to add that extra storage space as you are storing groceries or whatever. Great premium sound system that includes a free trial of SiriusXM. Bought my Forester at Premier Subaru of Fremont and the first 2 years of regular service was included in the deal. A deal that I was very happy with. I had checked around to find what was a great, good, fair or other price to pay for a new 2025 Forester. Only went back and forth a couple times before settling on a price. Good deal on a great car!

This is my first Subaru, and I have owned it for almost a month, and so far, I love it! Its handling, ride height, and comfort are fantastic! Only owned for a month, very happy of our choice so far, limited model. First time owning a Subaru, time will tell our experience. Did extensive research before making final decision. Only thing to mention is, not partial to inside at the top of the front windshield (middle) where glasses can be stored and lights are. It is very wide & disruptive to the view.

My new Subaru wouldn't start. I drive it regularly, mix freeway, city traffic usual trips avg 15-25 miles. Found out that the battery was drained. Spoke to Farrish Subaru and was able to avoid a tow by finding that it would start and remaining running after using a battery pack to start it. Farrish, gave a me loaner, completely checked the error codes, charging system and replaced the battery with a new higher capacity Subaru battery and called me when it was completed. All covered under warranty. Had a good discussion with the Service Advisors and explanation of probable cause and the increased capacity battery.

This is my first experience with Fitzgerald Subaru of Gaithersburg. They have customers for life with me and my family!! Their customer service is beyond excellent. John Dutton was my sales agent and he made us feel welcome, very friendly, helpful and polite. I spoke with a couple of people on my visit there, everyone is amazing. The car I just bought was beyond my expectations, excellent condition, great financial program, honestly my experience with them is indescribable. The Farrish Subaru service team is excellent. My Service Manager, Jimmy Soto, thoroughly inspected my vehicle and made suggestions on items to watch, without applying any pressure to correct immediately. He also reminded me of my warranty status and things to look out for while under warranty.

I purchased my car March 31 2024, and it has been the best car buying experience of my life!! I had visited another car dealership (Toyota) prior to coming to Sheehey Springfield. I am so glad I stopped that day!! Shabir Baba was so helpful, gave me lots of info, no hard sale, and showed me the bells and whistles on my new car. Shabir made it happen for me-the sale-no hard sale, very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. He asked questions to see what type of vehicle would suit me, (I chose the mid level imprezza sport). He Pointed out options to add (for service, extended contracts etc) if I wanted. Pointed out all the safety features. Boy have cars changed over the last 15 years! Everyone at Sheehey was great, from the manager to finance. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Shabir!

As a woman buying a car, the fact that they were respectful was very important to me. I had gone to another dealership but didn't get the same tone. Too bad I can't give this a 6 star rating! Several months ago I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Stohlman Subaru of Sterling. I had been leasing cars for 10 years and this was a big step forward to buy one. EVERY single person I dealt with from my sales expert (Vic), to their financing guru (Josh), and their very helpful post-purchase car tour/tutorial (Chris) took their time to answer any and all questions I had, to inform me about every step that was being taken, and they were very patient without forcing the sale on me. This was a HUGE help to make me feel like I was making the right decision since I was not intending on buying that day, but I couldn't pass up this car and it wouldn't have stayed on the lot very long either. Additionally, a big shout out to Emma and Rachel in the Service department! I had to get a tow hitch installed and a warranty issue dealt with and they were so helpful with the entire process from scheduling to setting me up with a loaner and keeping me updated on the status of the car.
