I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

Great value! The ride is so smooth and the Forester holds the road really well on turns and curves. I got the base model and it still had great safety and comfort features. Very happy!

I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

Wonderful experience today. Bought full set of windshield wiper blades with free installation, all done within 15 minutes. Everyone was fast and courteous.

We have had our new Subaru Forester for two months now. We find we love it more every day! The mfg. goes the extra mile in making sure a person is fully satisfied with the auto. I think it is one of the best values on the market. We purchased the Premium trim level and got every accessory we wanted and more. It is a very sharp looking SUV and exceedingly easy to operate all the options. I would say it's one of the best automobiles we ever purchased. It took until age 81 to purchase a foreign made auto, and gladI did!!

General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

The kindness of every person I dealt with today at Clay Subaru cannot be overstated. My car needed an oil change. A sudden death required my driving the car a long way and that oil change became imperative. Anna booked me an appointment and got me in and out in record time. EVERYONE was so kind and accommodating. When I told her I needed a quiet place to make a phone call, she led me to an empty office. Vehicle in for 30,000 mile service and needed brake repair too. This dealership in Danvers MA is the best! Great staff and technicians, immaculate and comfortable facility. Finished in the time estimated. Everyone there makes the experience easy and always on time! Be sure to check the service specials. Many services are more affordable than the competition when you find appropriate coupons. There are coupons for discounts on Wednesday and Thursday on any service or repair as well.

6000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I like the inspection process. Waiting room is comfortable with ample snacks and refreshments. Service staff was friendly. Car also gets washed after the service.

MetroWest provides excellent services. My 2015 Forester wouldn’t start and needs to be towed to dealership. They were very thorough check out the car. The only issue was battery needed to be recharged. They bought the car back after the repairs has complete.
