I am a loyal customer for quite a few years with Brewster Subaru, my experiences have all been exceptional from sales to service , from when I have my little meltdown if something happens to my 2021 legacy which is what I have currently!! I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

Absolutely loved our experience. Our salesman Lou C. was kind and courteous. Buying process was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend for car buying.

Great value! The ride is so smooth and the Forester holds the road really well on turns and curves. I got the base model and it still had great safety and comfort features. Very happy!

This is in follow up to a prior review of my prior dissatisfaction. I wish there were a way one could update prior reviews but there is not so this is to reflect the outstanding efforts put forth by MHS staff to address my prior concerns. I have to say that sometimes things are less than one expects or things go wrong or there is a breakdown in communications as was the case with me. Clay The Service Director went the extra mile to recognize my displeasure and inability to speak with someone by phone about my vehicle. He took great care in addressing my concern, getting me answers and made things right. He even had it double checked. Clay was straight forward and genuinely sincere as he recognized the issue. He was a stand up guy and took charge with corrective measures to see that I drove away with a sincere feeling that those at MHS do care genuinely about getting it right for every customer. Clay has not only restored my faith in MHS but also in people in general. Thank you and your team Clay for the hard work and focus on making things right. Job well done. Rex and I will surely be back for another try at your service!

I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

Jordan was so helpful. He helped me choose a car with no pressure. Took very great care of me and my Son. Big bonus. Amy handled the all the paperwork so I understood it all. I would definitely recommend that any one from anywhere choose Ruges. It was very worth my drive from Long Island. I would drive back for all maintenance . Thanks to you all I am very Happy. I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

We have had our new Subaru Forester for two months now. We find we love it more every day! The mfg. goes the extra mile in making sure a person is fully satisfied with the auto. I think it is one of the best values on the market. We purchased the Premium trim level and got every accessory we wanted and more. It is a very sharp looking SUV and exceedingly easy to operate all the options. I would say it's one of the best automobiles we ever purchased. It took until age 81 to purchase a foreign made auto, and gladI did!!

The best car-buying experience EVER! We walked into the dealership knowing what we were looking for, but not intending to "take the leap". There was no pressure, Mitchel listened to our preferences and was able to locate our dream car. We fell in love at first sight! Our Ascent Touring in Dark Mahogany Pearl fits our needs perfectly. Mitchel even fulfilled our last-minute request for wireless charging and got it to us before pick-up. On the day of pick-up, Rich went through our financing and extended warranty needs explaining everything and getting us set up. This is our 7th Subaru, the first from Brewster, and we couldn't be more satisfied! We will be back.
