We have had our new Subaru Forester for two months now. We find we love it more every day! The mfg. goes the extra mile in making sure a person is fully satisfied with the auto. I think it is one of the best values on the market. We purchased the Premium trim level and got every accessory we wanted and more. It is a very sharp looking SUV and exceedingly easy to operate all the options. I would say it's one of the best automobiles we ever purchased. It took until age 81 to purchase a foreign made auto, and gladI did!!

I love Rairdon Subaru. Especially the staff. Cherie Wallace-Christian continues to help and answer any questions I have on My Forester Wilderness Edition. It's been several months since I purchased this vehicle. She treats me like a new customer everytime I call. I will always buy from her.

I love my 2025 Subaru Forrester. It is very quiet and rides well. The only downfall to it is that the audio system is it is not very responsive. And the screen on the console for heating and cooling ,you have to tap the screen instead of push buttons or knobs.

Purchased a new Subaru 2025 Touring Forester in March. Love this car. It has all the features for comfort and safety. The exterior color is new and is called River Rock. This is my 2nd Subaru and I love the quality that makes them one of the most popular cars on the road today. The ride is great and very comfortable. It has the brown NAPA brown leather interior. All the controls for this vehicle are easy to select and the infotainment screen has been enlarged to 11.6 inches. This model has been enlarged to handle many chores that you would expect from the Subaru design. Gas mileage is great.. Also no more wires this vehicle has a self charging area for your smart phone. This was a great choice for my needs.

This is our 2nd Subaru Forester. The first was a 2001 that I inherited from my mom. Liked it so much that we replaced it with a 2025 Subaru Forester Touring edition. Have had it for 2 months now and could not be happier. The ride is smooth and performance for a 4 cyl is great. Plenty of pep unless you are looking to race other vehicles. The seating is very comfortable and road noise is non-existent. I love that the safety ratings for this vehicle is higher than for any other SUV, not just in the small or mid-size category. The cabin is easy to get in and out of, both in the front bucket seats and in the rear bench seat. The second-row seating has a split back that you can drop for extra storage with the push of a button in the back of the car, making it easy to add that extra storage space as you are storing groceries or whatever. Great premium sound system that includes a free trial of SiriusXM. Bought my Forester at Premier Subaru of Fremont and the first 2 years of regular service was included in the deal. A deal that I was very happy with. I had checked around to find what was a great, good, fair or other price to pay for a new 2025 Forester. Only went back and forth a couple times before settling on a price. Good deal on a great car!

The service and customer service is unmatchable. Prices are reasonable and my car always runs right.

This is my first Subaru, and I have owned it for almost a month, and so far, I love it! Its handling, ride height, and comfort are fantastic! I am really enjoying the whole welcome to the family experience, which is different from any car brand I have ever had. I look forward to many great years with this SUV! Oh, and the AWD kicks serious A$$!

My sales person was amazing !!!. Her name is Dawn ...she wasn't pushy ...she definitely did not make me uncomfortable.. she was very professional but very sincere. I just bought a 2013 Subaru Outback from Carter Subaru (just north of Seattle) and the positive experience was something to share (and I rarely share my opinions publicly). I spent the last 2 months reviewing, researching, and test driving 10 makes of compact SUV and interacting with many sales personnel. There have been nice sales people, lazy sales people, impatient sales people, poorly informed sales people, condescending sales people, and then there was Guy at Carter Subaru who was exemplary in patience, knowledge of the vehicle, trying to get the best deal for the client (and he really delivered here), and trying to figure out what is the best fit for the client. For example, this was my second test drive (the first one, just to get a feel for the car, was about a month ago) and this time Guy took me on a real test to show how the car handles under various conditions; up a long hill, down a long hill, accelerating on a curved freeway on-ramp, etc., and the 2013 Outback (4 cylinder) handled very well clearly on par with more expensive makes. More importantly here, with respect to the sales experience, Guy wanted to know what my expectations and concerns were and tailored the test drive to address each of them; I was very impressed - of the 13, only one other sales rep at the other dealerships showed this level of attention to my concerns and expectations. The business side of my experience, I had to pay for the car, was also very nice and very professional. If you are in the market for a compact SUV, in the greater Seattle area, I strongly recommend checking out Carter Subaru. If you run into Guy, tell him Dave sent you.

This is the third time I’ve been to this service department over the past few months as I catch up on deferred maintenance. Every time they’ve been great - on time, kept me apprised of progress, and helped me prioritize what needs to be done as I can afford it. Cameron & the rest of the staff have been exemplary with customer service.

The Subaru shop services my car quickly when I take my car in. ItSue usually does not need a second visit for the same thing. The guys at the desk listen to what I say. They keep me informed of the progrss.

Justin Peoples really is a people person. He went above and beyond into helping me acquire the 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness in Geyser Blue which is really hard to find these days. He is very consistent with communication and made sure that I get the vehicle that I want and at a reasonable price. He provided concierge service after our first meeting and then delivered the vehicle at my driveway on the next day. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle with VIP experience, Justin Peoples is the man.

I'd like to echo what Bill Taraday said about working with Brittany New. She's incredible! We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. It was genuinely a pleasurable purchasing experience, and would highly recommend working with Brittany. We will be back!

I came into the dealership with my car choices narrowed down to 4 different cars (two of which were Subarus). I was approach by the super friendly guy, Jamal Tipton, and he was the best! He was able to answer all of my questions, didn’t push for extras that I didn’t need/want and was just delightful to work with. He understood that I needed to do my research and gave me that grace without trying to land a deal that day. Jamal is the perfect example of what a good salesperson should strive for…seriously, he should be teaching a class: car sales 101! Even knowing that I could have saved 1% in sales tax at another dealership, I decided to give my business to Jamal due to his exceptional customer service.

Truly amazing! Yesterday, stepping out of the dealership after having received incredible support from Nelli I thought: "WOW! This is what customer service at its very best looks and feels like!!!" Bravo!!!

I found a used car online thru cars.com and visited the Carter Subaru site, hoping to purchase the vehicle, which I did. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, the finance department worked their magic and found financing that fit within my terms, the vehicle was cleaned and looked like new and when I mentioned that I had e-mailed the dealership thru cars.com with no response within 24 hours, both the salesperson and the finance officer jumped on it and contacted the marketing dept to make sure they were aware. I am more than satisfied with my vehicle purchase and would definitely go to this dealership if and when I am ready to make another vehicle purchase.

We narrowed our car search down to a couple Subaru models, and then used a local, unsanctioned Subaru website to research all the tradeoffs and options. When it came time to snag a specific car, we got quite a range of quotes from Western Washington dealers. Joe Spitz, at Carter Subaru Shoreline, offered a discounted price that was far less than the next lowest quote for the same car. His proposal wasn?t even in the same league as the much higher fixed prices used at some Subaru stores. So we got the exact vehicle package we were seeking, for a model that is in very high demand, and paid a deeply discounted price that made a joke of the ?true? car values listed by the various car buying websites. I have pretty high expectations when I?m about to be parting with a lot of money. Our sales consultant, Joe Spitz, impressed me as the kind of guy who eats, sleeps, and loves the Subaru brand. Joe not only exceeded all my expectations, but he also significantly lessened the amount of money I had to part with :)! His candid and thorough response to my questions, and his use of just the right amount of humor, made the buying process downright enjoyable. He has really earned my respect. In 40+ years of buying cars, this was may first experience with buying a used car from a dealer. From the moment I met the Sales Person Hussein until when I walked out the door with the keys, I felt calm and relaxed and honestly felt like these people cared and this car wasn't even a Subaru! I don't write a lot of reviews on the internet but this place deserves one. I could only imagine what it would be like if I bought a new car there. Go see Hussein!
