This is our 2nd Subaru Forester. The first was a 2001 that I inherited from my mom. Liked it so much that we replaced it with a 2025 Subaru Forester Touring edition. Have had it for 2 months now and could not be happier. The ride is smooth and performance for a 4 cyl is great. Plenty of pep unless you are looking to race other vehicles. The seating is very comfortable and road noise is non-existent. I love that the safety ratings for this vehicle is higher than for any other SUV, not just in the small or mid-size category. The cabin is easy to get in and out of, both in the front bucket seats and in the rear bench seat. The second-row seating has a split back that you can drop for extra storage with the push of a button in the back of the car, making it easy to add that extra storage space as you are storing groceries or whatever. Great premium sound system that includes a free trial of SiriusXM. Bought my Forester at Premier Subaru of Fremont and the first 2 years of regular service was included in the deal. A deal that I was very happy with. I had checked around to find what was a great, good, fair or other price to pay for a new 2025 Forester. Only went back and forth a couple times before settling on a price. Good deal on a great car!

My wife, Janie, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Schaller Subaru to anyone interested in a new or used car. Staff there are hospitable, knowledgeable and quite attentive. In particular I want to recognize Nicholas Gaetano "our" salesman. He made us feel comfortable and continued to respond to our needs forthwith, even following our purchase of our 2023 Crosstrek. This is my first Subaru, and I have owned it for almost a month, and so far, I love it! Its handling, ride height, and comfort are fantastic! I am really enjoying the whole welcome to the family experience, which is different from any car brand I have ever had. I look forward to many great years with this SUV! Oh, and the AWD kicks serious A$$!

There was an issue a couple of months after purchasing our new car so we brought it in to have it looked at. The process to find the problem was a bit long but I have to say that Vince the General Manager and Keith the Service Manager were so easy to work with and figured it out! Their professionalism is to be looked up to. I picked the car up today and drove away a very satisfied customer!

Only owned for a month, very happy of our choice so far, limited model. First time owning a Subaru, time will tell our experience. Did extensive research before making final decision. Only thing to mention is, not partial to inside at the top of the front windshield (middle) where glasses can be stored and lights are. It is very wide & disruptive to the view.

Repairs are the last thing you think about when purchasing a new or used car. However, when needed, there is nothing more important. Suburban Subaru understands this. Recently, we needed to replace a rear sensor. They were not available...period. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.

I am very pleased with Premier Subaru. This was my first experience with the dealership and I was not disappointed. The Sales Associate and Finance Manager I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Most importantly, I got the car I wanted at a fair price.

The sales staff was very good and the buying process was very good but took a long time. They gad a class for us to learn about the controls on the car and that helped a lot. We are still figuring out some of the various functions that are more detailed but very impresssed with the car.
