Used Subaru Forester Premium for sale near Manvel, TX

I was looking for a new Q 5. Salesperson was very helpful and took his time to understand the colors and options we were considering. Great follow up and the closing process was not drawn out and cumbersome.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Great experience! Bought a 2009 SUV in great condition. Manager worked with our credit union for financing and the process was absolutely seamless. Quick response time to my inquiry. I literally found the car online one afternoon and was driving it home that evening. FYI Dealership does have vehicle history report but they are unable to share/email them. You are only able to view them at the dealership. That was the only draw back. I recommend purchasing your own online. Besides that the experience and vehicle exceeded my expectations. Thanks Tedj!!

I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. It has been difficult but with the patience and time he has given my mom and I, I could not be more grateful for him! He worked with my mom and I till the very end and has been nothing but helpful. I ended up getting a 2019 subaru forester. Lots of room and a perfect vehicle into the middle of my adult life. I hope this car lasts me through the next few years. Very great job done as always. I am on my 5th Subaru bought from West Houston Subaru and they are only ones I have it serviced with.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

My experience was carefree and I never felt pressured. My salesperson made the buying experience fun.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I couldn't have hoped for more pleasant experience. Ctz" in sales was wonderful, guided me through everything. He set up my Bluetooth for me and took me through everything else. Offered more help later if I need any information about the nav system excetera. Karim in finance handled everything for me so smoothly and easily thank you thank you thank you. The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I’ve driven the Forester before and have been wanting one for two years. So now that it was time for me to give up my 2010 Legacy with 222,000 miles on it, I chose the Forester. The dealer is very customer friendly and very competitive in their pricing, even though I paid 25K plus for a four year old car…vestiges of the used car pandemic pricing. The car drives beautifully, smooth and quiet. I am very happy with my purchase.

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle long distance and it was an entirely pleasurable experience. My sales rep, Kevin, was super nice and helpful. The dealership made sure everything on the car was operating at optimal performance and repaired/replaced the one issue they found. I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Great value! The ride is so smooth and the Forester holds the road really well on turns and curves. I got the base model and it still had great safety and comfort features. Very happy!

I went to Gillman Subaru for a Crosstrek Wilderness in green, I went in thinking I was possibly going to be denied since I had been building my credit and I did tell them upfront of my situation and before I knew it we went for a test drive. I, of course was very thrilled and happy with the vehicle, but had my doubts about getting approved. Jonathan then showed me what plans we could go with and what I felt comfortable with, he then went and worked his magic and we agreed on a payment. I then went to the finance department and even the finance person was awesome we talked and told him of my situation and he also helped me out with the extra insurance. I then went back to Jonathan and we went over the vehicle again and he made sure that I was happy with the vehicle and my overall experience with Subaru, his customer service was so awesome I felt like I was part of the Subaru family. Also this is my 1st Subaru and I will definitely be back. Thank you again Jonathan and the Subaru family for such an awesome experience!!! 😃

I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

The car buying experience was easy at Gilman. The sales people were professional, courteous, non-pressuring and ultimately we came to a mutually beneficial deal for both of us and we bought a new car. The process was easy and simple.

I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

We have had our new Subaru Forester for two months now. We find we love it more every day! The mfg. goes the extra mile in making sure a person is fully satisfied with the auto. I think it is one of the best values on the market. We purchased the Premium trim level and got every accessory we wanted and more. It is a very sharp looking SUV and exceedingly easy to operate all the options. I would say it's one of the best automobiles we ever purchased. It took until age 81 to purchase a foreign made auto, and gladI did!!
