Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

Truly appreciate their help and overall assistance! Hard working and honest people, with fair prices. Overall a great place to find a vehicle especially for today's climate!

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I bought a hybrid Toyota from Nick. This is a second car within a year. Nick and his staff are great and Honest. He even showed me all the invoices and work that was put into the car. I drove from Madison to buy a car from Nick. I highly recommend Nick and United Motors.

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

Love my 2018 limited Forester , Great as you the very comfortable love how it drives good gas mileage so far.. highly recommend this car great for transporting kids also… Very quiet driving experience

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

9/27/2022 - Rick P. at Kenosha Toyota is a great person. He is an honest and straight forward specialist, providing me with all the information available. There is no pressure in buying anything there. They are always very social able and you always feel good leaving the dealership whether you buy a car there or not. Their customer service is great and it is what all car dealerships should be like. My old Rav4 just had a blow head gasket. I urgently needed a new car. I went to multiple dealership nearby and was expected to pay over $10,000 in fees that was not unnecessary. Mark up fees of $4,500, ceramic coating (that it is already applied at the manufacturing plant and I have to pay for it) service fee of $1,800. I was very upset leaving those dealerships knowing well that they were screwing me over for bogus fees even though I didn't buy a car there. At Kenosha Toyota, I couldn't be any happier. I purchased a car that I felt good paying for it. I felt good that I was not screwed by them and felt the pressure to buy. If you are looking for a new car, see what Kenosha Toyota has in inventory and visit them first before you go to the other dealers. Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Great experience. Kim was very helpful. I bought a car out of state. I had Lemon Squad inspect the vehicle and got a great report from them. Vehicle is used but was well taken care of.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.
