I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from here, I was a first time buyer and felt a little uneasy and I cannot express how impressed I am with their exceptional service. I felt like a valued customer, and the entire process was a breeze.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

I have been doing business with new car dealerships since July 5, 1966 and my experience has been extensive. I have purchased new vehicles and had them serviced at dealerships across the state of Texas, as far west as Colorado, and east to Georgia and North Carolina. I have been an employee at an upscale luxury car dealership. Some experiences were good, some average, and some I would rather not discuss. Huffines Kia in Corinth, Texas takes the customer relationship to whole new level. From Kia Product Expert Bert Berlanga, Senior Sales Manager Gary Davis, and Finance Manager Ben Frazer the new car buying experience was the best I have ever experienced. Each person's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond were exemplary. It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Huffines Kia and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the market for any transportation needs.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

First time customer at this dealership. I was met promptly by a service advisor and after the preliminary paperwork, was shown to the customer lounge. Bright and clean with comfortable seating and refreshment options. My car was ready on time, sparkling clean inside and out. This dealership does a great job. I left impressed and satisfied. I'll be back.

I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

Great service and management. Sales rep is a great communicator and loves his job. It shows in his work daily. I appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. I will be back.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

This was the first time I enjoyed the dealer experience. They gave me a good deal on the trade in and Patrick had everything ready when we got there and there were no hidden cost.

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

We have purchased 12 cars since 2004. The buying experience has always been straight forward....easy and fair. No games. The service department is great and have never had a problem getting appointments for routine mantainance. In 12 cars only 2 minor warranty visits immediately taken care of. I have financed and leased and have always had confidence in that department to provide the deal etc that is best for us at the time and they have done so. I have recommended thisdealerto several friends over the years that have purchased cars and still today are highly satisfied.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

K so first off, I love Subarus. I grew up with Ford and had a little Honda for six years, and now I definitely drank the Subie Kool-Aid. I bought my first Subaru in Fort Worth- good experience. Had it serviced once at Subaru in Denton - not so good experience. Thankfully Five Star Subaru in Grapevine opened. I’m home!! Every time I bring my car in to use my awesome maintenance package oil changes and upkeep, I have a 10 on a 10 scale experience. Great people, great atmosphere, great service. Wild hair last month, I traded my Crosstrek in for a slick new WRX. Vic Alicea was my sales consultant. He was FUN, smart, real and super engaging. Vic did NOT push me, which I totally appreciate. In fact - He let me test drive this beautiful beast and then sent me away to think about it. Left me wanting more! Of course I came back - It’s a WRX. And I got an excellent price!!!! Brian Button was my money contract guy - again very smart, efficient, charming and not interested in games. Finishing up, Vic explained all the details of my car to me. Vic made sure I got the emails he already sent to me and made sure I knew how to contact someone for help if I needed it. As I was leaving (grinning ear to ear), the sales manager came out to personally ask me if I was happy. Very genuinely interested in my experience. This team is doing it right. P.S. I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

Sir Christopher Motley was amazing! Him and his staff rolled out the red carpet for me. Best car buying experience ever! 10/10 I would recommend anyone to go to Hiley Subaru!

Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Ethan and Spencer worked very well as a team to insure that I was fully informed on the features of my new Subaru Forester. Dee was very helpful in the training session in making me feel more comfortable with all the technical gadgetry on this new car. We have had our new Subaru Forester for two months now. We find we love it more every day! The mfg. goes the extra mile in making sure a person is fully satisfied with the auto. I think it is one of the best values on the market. We purchased the Premium trim level and got every accessory we wanted and more. It is a very sharp looking SUV and exceedingly easy to operate all the options. I would say it's one of the best automobiles we ever purchased. It took until age 81 to purchase a foreign made auto, and gladI did!!

We visited Five Star Subaru to look at SUVs and were greatly pleased with the customer service we experienced. We had Nick immediately greet us inside. We let him know off the bat that we were not in a place to purchase same day and he was extremely pleasant and still gave us his full attention and guidance through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable regarding the Outback and Forester and we really appreciated the fact that he personally owns both of those vehicles. He answered all of our questions. I can truly say that we will be purchasing a Subaru a lot quicker than originally planned because of his hospitality, pleasantness and expertise.

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

Had this car for seven years, never any problems, very low mileage. Very nice to drive, smooth gas mileage around 30 mpg. Traded it in for a new forester, I actually was ready to cry, when I left it. Very reliable.

I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. It has been difficult but with the patience and time he has given my mom and I, I could not be more grateful for him! He worked with my mom and I till the very end and has been nothing but helpful. I ended up getting a 2019 subaru forester. Lots of room and a perfect vehicle into the middle of my adult life. I hope this car lasts me through the next few years. This is our second Forester. Our first was a 2011 Premium we bought as a CPO in 2014 and unfortunately went through the headache of excessive oil consumption within months of buying it. Subaru did eventually replace the engine short block on their dime, but only after repeated oil consumption tests and being told by the dealer service department that it was within normal limits. Calling Subaru of America was the only way we got it resolved. I was impressed that they approved the service, and that's the reason we bought another Subaru. We also have a 2018 Outback Premium in our garage--no oil consumption, and no major issues except replacing the radio for failed lighting behind the volume knob and a minor leak in the oil pan (no dripping underneath the car though) at about 42k miles. We like our 2023 Forester Sport overall, and first and foremost we like its excellent safety ratings and features. I will say the ride is much firmer than our Outback which is only a couple hundred pounds heavier. Wish it had a little more storage in the center console and beneath the climate controls. We look forward to many years of driving with the Forester (and our Outback). Based on our experience, I do feel getting a Subaru-backed extended warranty is worth it for peace of mind (we bought them for our first Forester and now our Outback and both eventually paid for themselves). You DON'T have to buy the warranty when you purchase the vehicle. Call different dealers in your state and ask for their price on an extended warranty for your vehicle--we saved hundreds of dollars by doing this. You have until your manufacturer warranty expires to add an extended warranty.
