John and Ed are great! they helped me find a car quickly and in my expense! They were so helpful and kind. The service is great, always helping and making sure everything is perfect. I love my Audi from executive auto sales! it was a great buy. The car is great, drives brand new! Overall great experience.

This is a great vehicle and we're so glad that we purchased one. We've had a couple of minor things go wrong that should not have such as the drivers side visor starting to squeak loudly. All said we are very happy with this car. On the down side there is now standard technology out there that is not available. Automatic wipers are missing and items like remote start and subaru's safety and security package are extra when Honda includes them both free. But my biggest issue is not the car it's that there is no convenient dealersl or service anywhere near me. The nearest service is 45 minutes away. The next car will have to be available locally.

My wife and I were very grateful to have dealt with Zack at the dealership. He had wonderful insight about the Subaru vehicles and pointed out many strong attributes of each model as-well as Subaru’s brand as a whole. His knowledge about each model I had inquired about had actually shocked me.. seeing as I had tried a few dealerships before here and they were not as descriptive on each models features. Zack was a pleasure to have done business with as wel as this dealership as a whole. Great experience and better customer service! 5/5 for sure!

Have owned 2 Volvos and the company lost it's spark. Subaru has that spot in my heart now. From the 5 star crash rating (except front passenger seat is 4 star) to great reliability records and good tech stuff I am thrilled.

Shopping for a new car is never fun for me- I’m that analytical person that has to run every possible option before making an agonizing final decision. Zack Ford, my salesman at Balise, made all the difference for me. He was patient, accommodating, and was never short or condescending. It made the process easy and satisfying and is probably the main reason I chose my new Crosstrek.

I like this vehicle except for the engine shutting off when stopped. it does have an override switch, but if I forget to set it the engine will automatically shut off. that's the only thing I don't like about this car.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Solid and reliable car. You can take this car anywhere, whether up to the mountains or off the beaten path. Its comfortable and named CCR small SUV champion. It succeeds by focusing on the fundamentals with a space-efficient design, large windows, and big square doors. The result is the easiest access and the best view out of almost any vehicle tested. It also has one of the roomiest rear seats with copious amounts of head and leg room. It adapts various fuel-efficient technologies, including replacing the antiquated four-speed automatic transmission with a new continuously variable transmission (CVT), the Forester delivers quicker acceleration, as well as a class-leading 26 mpg overall and 35 mpg on the highway in our tests making it a solid adventure SUV or commuter.

My son had been researching pre-owned pick-up trucks that were for sale. He was looking for a specific type of truck, and found one at Balise. My son called the dealership, and found the representative to be polite, courteous, and helpful with information regarding the truck. Based on the pricing he was told, we traveled from CT to the dealership. Sales Associate Zack Ford and Business Manager Chris Jutras were a pleasure to work with and made this purchasing experience (the first for my son) an enjoyable one.

My 1st Forester is a 2009 turbocharged model which is still going strong with 110,000 miles. The newer Foresters offer safety and convenience features mine doesn't have so I decided to upgrade. The 2019 Forester no longer offers the turbocharged version so I opted for a certified pre-owned 2018 XT Touring which has a turbocharger. I love the vehicle but because the turbo is no longer available, the used turbo versions have become quite pricey. I am keeping the old one for hauling dogs, lawn equipment and towing my utility trailer. The new one will be just for people for now. The vehicle is just the right size. I am 6'4" and would appreciate a little more leg room and thigh support but the Forester is as comfortable as any other small SUV I checked. There is plenty of headroom. The turbo does require premium fuel and has a lower mileage rating. With the turbo and sports tuned suspension, it is a fun vehicle to drive and worth the money to me. In over 10 years, the older one left me stranded only once when a drive belt broke after 100,000 miles. Based on reviews, I expect the same reliability from the newer one.

Excellent vision in all directions from the Forester. We like the no non-sense styling of the Touring 2.5i. Easy to get into and out of which matters if getting a few years on you. Very good gas mileage and handling with excellent performance. The AWD is certainly one of many key selling points. Fit and finish is excellent with very good reliability so far. We think it is a excellent SUV and would definitely purchase another Subaru SUV if needed.

Bill and his staff are such nice people. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from them. Love my new Audi!! If you ever have an issue after buying a car he always takes care of it. I have had nothing but good luck buying cars from French town. Bill and Ron are the best!!!

This car has a lot of the features I loved. I love this car a lot. It has more leg room than my old car did.

On March 5, 2018 I had my timing belt replaced on my 2005 Honda Civic. What I thought was going to be a stresfull experience turned out to be just the opposite. Nicole Bibby, Service Advisor made my trip very pleasant. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about what the whole process was going to be. She even set me up with a loaner car. Great car, but battery died after 6 months and Bloomington Subaru didn't make it easy to get it replaced. This is a known issue with Foresters.

I like all the safety features. That's what sold me on the car. And it is excellent for the height challenged people. Very comfortable and easy infotainment center.

I went into the dealership and was greeted immediately by a salesman Greig. He showed honesty, true interest in what I needed and zeroed in on the exact car I was looking for. It's the first dealership and I went into compared to the 5 others that I went into had highly qualified salesman who listen to what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. You can tell that Greig the salesman was a true professional which is rare in a dealership. He was on top of everything every step of the way. I never felt taken advantage of he did exactly what he said he was going to do and did it with speed and precision. I bought a 2016 Subaru and I Love it. Once the sale was over I thought I would be handed the keys and I would be on my way as most dealers wood do. That was not the case Greig took an appropriate amount of time to show me how everything works in my new Subaru. He further set up an appointment to come back this coming week for a refresher course and called me today to remind me about the appointment this week. The 2019 Subaru Forester fits my 6'5.5" 15 year old son, and there's spare head room for when he grows taller. I researched multiple vehicles. This one had the room, gas mileage, and most of the creature comforts I was looking for. I also has great pickup, responsive handling, and a smooth ride. It's much smoother than my 2017 Mazda CX-5 (a lead butt).

It is awesome! The ammenities are awesome. This car exceeds all of our expectations. Best decision we have made in a kobg time. Would recommend this model, most definitely.

Everything is great except for the radio and gas mileage could be better. The sport model looks awesome. The seats are so much better then they used to be.

Not a big fan of 7" screens you can't turn off, or that squirrelly feeling when in a cross wind. Thank god this has nither issue. Love the moon roof, the heated seats, the night vision is dead on. The cd player is nice maybe dated but nice. Its more a suv then the older models- not sure if that's good or bad depending on your take i guess.

Great dependable cars...I have one with 265K on it and as soon as I have the radiator replaced I will give to the grandkids. Comment
