Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

Upon the recommendation of a friend from work, my wife and I made the hour-plus drive from our home in Geauga county down to Diehl Subaru. We met with Erik Bettinger and went over a couple new vehicles, finally deciding that the 2023 Subaru Forester was the best choice for us. After going back home to sleep on it, something we always do prior to a large purchase, we decided that the dealership and the vehicle were both right for us. We called Erik and put a deposit on the Forester, then returned to Diehl the next week to finalize the purchase. All in all, the entire process was very easy, painless and simple. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right!
