General service appointment, oil change, tire rotation. One hour was the approximate service repair time. Total time I wait was one hour , 10 minutes. Car was brought up to the door. Very friendly gentlemen at the service desk. Very pleased all in all.

We had a 2018 Impreza and 2017 Legacy which we traded on for a 2025 Impreza sport. It's a great car for the money has many updated features

Greeted, escorted to waiting area, pointed out water, coffee etc. very polite and attentive. First service at 6,000 miles. Free oil/filter & tire rotation. All completed with a car wash in 35 minutes.

My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.

Service Advisor (Josh) met me as soon as I pulled into the garage welcoming me warmly. He processed my repairs (replacing all 4 tires) and my Forrester was attended to quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the service and support Ira Subaru offers (where I purchased my vehicle) as well having service to my Outback in the past. I had window guards installed on my Forrester. It was my first time getting service at Ira. The service gentleman was very nice when I explained it was my first time having service done here. He explained everything, gave me his card with his phone number if I have any questions while waiting. The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee and other refreshments. Seating was plentiful and very comfortable. My window guards look great!!!

All employees are friendly, they have excellent communication and the waiting area is cozy with treats if you want one while waiting.
