My new Subaru wouldn't start. I drive it regularly, mix freeway, city traffic usual trips avg 15-25 miles. Found out that the battery was drained. Spoke to Farrish Subaru and was able to avoid a tow by finding that it would start and remaining running after using a battery pack to start it. Farrish, gave a me loaner, completely checked the error codes, charging system and replaced the battery with a new higher capacity Subaru battery and called me when it was completed. All covered under warranty. Had a good discussion with the Service Advisors and explanation of probable cause and the increased capacity battery.

My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.

He was relatable, patient, and understanding, doing his best to help meet my needs from test drives up until the pricing conversation. The Farrish Subaru service team is excellent. My Service Manager, Jimmy Soto, thoroughly inspected my vehicle and made suggestions on items to watch, without applying any pressure to correct immediately. He also reminded me of my warranty status and things to look out for while under warranty.
