He explained everything so i would understand, and made me feel comfortable with what needed to be done. Service was finished in reasonable time and the price was not shocking. Went in get a recall serviced and get my console looked at under warranty. The staff was AMAZING, incredibly nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint was due to a situation out of their control. They wanted to charge me $185 to update software in my console to see if that would fix my issue. This wasn't covered under my warranty, and seems like an awful corporate decision to me. Again I can't stress enough how great the service staff here was to work with
