all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I scheduled service to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2014 Subaru Forester. During the after service inspection it was determined that one of the lug nuts had been cross threaded and that it would cost a little over $100 to get the stud and nut replaced. I explained to the representative that I was very disappointed because they (the dealership) were the only ones that have taken the wheels on and off that car since I bought it. The representative told me that this was very common in cars of this age and I was left feeling that this happens all the time and I should be lucky that it was only one lug nut and stud that needed to be replaced. I have owned cars of this vintage on and off for the 40 years, including 2 other Subarus, and I can tell you this is the first time that I have had a lug nut cross threaded. I purchased this car from the dealership and honestly this is my first experience with the service department that hasn't been exceptional.
