Brought my car in for service.Everything was explained clearly and service was done in a timely fashion.

We had a 2018 Impreza and 2017 Legacy which we traded on for a 2025 Impreza sport. It's a great car for the money has many updated features

My husband and I went into Island Subaru looking to lease a new car. We just had a baby and we were looking for a safe family car. When we walked in we were greeted by Engin. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He walked us through the whole process and made us feel very comfortable. Engin dropped off the car we leased to our house following day. My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.

There was an issue with the original order that I placed but the team at Haldeman Ford found a resolution. The General Manager ( George Abel) and Sales team ( Brandon Z and Kevin) stepped up and delivered ( above and beyond). No one is perfect . The way they took ownership and handled the issue at hand leads me to recommend this dealership without reservation. i would go back for my servicing needs and if I do need another vehicle.

From Virginia answering our distress call to Peter who was our service representative, the personal treatment of our predicament was extraordinary. They were not only professional but also compassionate. Peter went beyond normal business procedures to communicate, diagnose and expedite repair of our Outback. We were stranded in a medical situation, from out of state. Their attitude, explanation of the problem and fast action to fix it made our medical situation more bearable. It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. Thank you Peter, Virginia and the mechanics who made our safe return home possible. This is our 5th Subaru and not our last!

As usual the Gregoris service department provided excellent service. All the service my 2021 Crosstrek Sport required was performed in a professional and timely fashion. An outstanding service and customer experience.

I purchased my first car and Tierra was so helpful, she really went above and beyond. She followed up to be sure that I received everything. I don?t know how but she was able to get the vehicle in 2days when the original date was a month away.

One of them is buying a safe and reliable car at a price point we could comfortably afford. Robert Colon made my car buying experience easy and fun from the moment I called him to ask about the 2022 GMC Acadia Denali to the close of the sale. He was able to work within my budget and I really appreciated not feeling like there was any high pressure tactics. He was very kind and respectful and was very quick with finalizing the deal making it as easy as possible. Lou in financing was just as awesome too. Didn’t try to upsell me to purchase any additional services/warranties that were not necessary and got me out the door quickly. They also was able to take all of the stress away by registering/titling the vehicle in Alaska for me. The coolest thing too was that although I bought a used GMC from a Subaru dealership (it was a trade in), they did all of the little things that a person buying a brand new car gets down to the group picture with the big red ribbon on the vehicle (which I declined).
