This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!

It's as close to perfect as it could get without rolling off the factory line. Plenty of room and excellent gas mileage with all wheel drive make this the perfect all year vehicle.

Would be a five star if it weren't for the "used car salesman" experience. Dealer appears to have a nice inventory of high-quality vehicles. I had done quite a bit of research and communication before driving 5 hours to purchase my 3rd Highlander Hybrid. I was prepared to pay the advertised price, as it was a decent deal and the CarFax was posted. The Highlander was "mostly" as described. The floor mat on the drivers side has a large heel hole, one of the plastic covers on the dash gauges is oddly discolored, and the key fob doesn't work, it might just need a new battery. Regardless, I asked many times if there were any issues. Although these are minor, it would have been good to know in advance. It wouldn't have changed my intention. What turned me off was the attempted addition of $1,000 for: "anti-theft system" (pre-installed on every model he tells me), "document fees," and a "cooperate tax." I refused to pay these fees and he did the dance of going in the back room to "talk to the manager" and removed each of them one at a time. It's a cliché used car bit, we've all seen Fargo. I was told these were "non-negotiable" but they clearly were. The dishonesty made me question the truth of other statements. I agreed to pay the additional DMV fees, no problem. The purchase only took about 15 minutes. In the end, I'm happy with the deal and the quality of the vehicle. However, I appreciate and prefer dealers that post one price up front, all inclusive. It makes for a better buying experience. The back and forth bit for the add-ons is cheesy.

Car is in excellent condition. Everything it was advertised to be and much more. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone. It has all the features we were looking for.

The "experience" was fine. Eddie was very pleasant to deal with. I was allowed to take the vehicle back to my house so my mechanic friend could look at it. Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn't as good a deal as I was hoping.

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

Being in a different state I was concerned on how my buying process would be. They made is perfect! My salesman Edward took a personalized video for me and showed me everything I wanted to look at so I didn't have to just look at fancy pictures. During the buying process they offered to ship it to us but I wanted the adventure of driving the car home. When I got to the dealership the car looked as if it came off the show room floor. Kolby was my finance agent and was very helpful on getting exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the way they handled everything and I would highly recommend buying a car from here. I feel like they went above and beyond and will always be checking back just in case I want to upgrade my car again in the future.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

It is fantastic in every way. Its a very reliable car and has never let me down, as are subaru's in general. I wouldn't rather own any other car. The quality that subaru puts in its cars is superb.

I recommend this car very much for harsh conditions such as hard rain, snow, etc. And does pretty good in both commuting and having fun, it has its own car issues as any other car but still is very reliable.

I bought a infinity m35, and am overall happy with what I got, but mostly jerry made the process easy and kept in touch even through text message and email. I can highly recommend this car. I bought it because I felt AWD was essential for me in the winters, but mostly because I wanted a wagon or hatchback with a manual transmission and AWD. Turns out the options are limited but I found a decent used 2016 Sport Limited at the second dealership I stopped at, and took it for a test drive on the spot. I have been more than satisfied. In my opinion the handling is amazing, it handles like a go cart in corners, i can throw it into corners at much higher speeds than I ever expected. It never hiccups. I have barely ever been able to even get the thing to the edge of the traction, when it does start to break loose it is very neutral, with a slight tendency to oversteer, never a hint of losing control. I have never had the brakes overheat or fade, even on 20 miles blasts down winding country roads at 70-90mph. It really amazes me. I never guessed the steering was electric either. The shift is nice and feels solid, but easy to use, I have never missed a gear yet. I r the sound of the boxer engine to, nice and throaty. Lots of room inside, seats are comfy and you can adjust drivers ride height. It has a timing chain instead of a belt, so no worries about that. The only complaints I have are that it lacks power and it needs a 6th gear. You can reach high enough speeds, and maintain them, but if you let it slow down, it really lacks the power to get it back up again. It is fine at low speeds, quite peppy, but for passing on highways it can be very difficult to find safe spaces to pass, and you have to downshift on hills. It also is geared quite low, so at 80mph the tach is sitting above 3,000rpm, which made me uncomfortable until I got used to it, and doesn't help fuel economy at all. It also struggles to get over about 110mph, although as always, it tracks straight and smooth and feels perfectly safe and comfortable at triple digits, even in the hill country (around here even the interstate is not straight). Except the engine up to about 4500 or 5000 rpm at those speeds. At a mere 80 it just eats it up without a murmur. The road noise is also quite loud and it seems harsh on bumps compared to some cars, though that seems to be mostly c in the 17inch wheels and relatively low profile tires. The speakers are only decent. The only other thing that comes to mind is the engine temp light that comes on to warn you that the engine is not up to operating temp yet(I guess they understand that most Subarus are bought for winter drivers). It is a bright blue light the exact same color as a high beam indicator light, which is very distracting when you start out driving at night, because you constantly think your high beams are on. I am very tempted to mask it off entirely. Oh and it has hill start assist which is nice and works pretty well, but you can disable it with only minor annoyance (if you don't mind an orange warning light being on permanently). I shut mine off because I was more used to not having one, and the first couple times I stopped at a light and took my foot off the brake thinking I was on level ground, only to have the car start rolling slowly after the hill stop disengaged after 2 seconds turned me off on it. I would rather know instantly if my car is going to roll, before I get distracted changing the song.

This car met my daily needs my car is clean just has a complete detail inside and out including my engine. It is depended and sporty.

I love my 2004 Impreza Outback Sport. It’s safe, spacious, and does all that I ask it to. Great in the snow and a blast on curvy backroads. Handles great. The only modification I’ve done is that I’ve put 2.5rs / WRX 5 spoke alloys on it. Same size as the original so no change in performance. This would make a great first car too.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

I recently purchased a 2004 Honda Pilot from PDX Motors. I have not had the vehicle for long but it appears to be in extremely good condition. It was a one owner vehicle with very low mileage. The previous owner had it serviced regularly. I feel that I paid a reasonable price, I didn't feel like they were trying to gouge me. They knew what they had and they asked a fair price. You must make an appointment to see their vehicles because the cars are kept inside. They close at 6:00 which is new to me in terms of shopping for cars/trucks. The inventory appeared to be good shape. They purchase through auctions and they seem to buy only the nicer lots. I reviewed their "sold inventory" on their website and there were more than a few low mileage cars. My salesman was Hugo Alvarez and I appreciated the fact that he didn't smother me or pressure me. He gave me the time to look at the vehicle alone. He did let me know that another person wanted to look at it but I didn't feel hurried or pressured by him though I did feel the need to make a decision quickly because it was a nice vehicle and I knew it wouldn't last. All in all I am happy with my experience and I would go back again.

This car has a sporty interior, with comfortable seats and tones of leg and head room. Great college car or other who needs space for transporting luggage and medium furniture items.

They sell salvage titles, and used vehicles, easy to work with and honest. Did not purchase from them, but feel that they were up front with me.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

The Impreza Sport Limited Hatchback has the interior space I wanted, the AWD I need, the good MPG I like and it looks good. The car is peppier than you'd think. The radio is OK, but you'd think it would be better for the limited. The only things that are an issue is that it burns 1 qt oil about every 1.5K miles. The other is the check engine light comes on freq and cuts out the cruise. I have a work around but have taken it to mechanics who all come up with something different as to why I'm getting the error code of P0420. Supposedly this indicated that the Cat is not working properly. These guys can't agree. I'm not just going to throw parts at it and HOPE it works. The car drives great for something that supposedly has a bed Cat. Other than that I'm happy with the car. I even got all sappy and got a personalized Front plate that reads "My Rubie Subie" (car is maroon colored).

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.
