The place is just a level above most dealership. There's an air of exclusivity here that put you in a different mindset. I use the term"upscale" because once you step inside it's evident it's just a higher caliber sort of place, where you know you're never going to be buying a sub-par auto. I guess there's a higher trust factor. These guys showed me the car, let me test drive it, and had the loan approval done without a hitch- got there 5:30pm and everything was completed, and I had the car next morning by 11:30 (would've been same day if I got there earlier). Also, It was the only dealership within a 50 mile radius that had my Altima SL in gunmetal gray with leather, nav, and sunroof! Highly recommend.

I have purchased four cars for myself, wife, son and daughter in the past two years. I have had nothing less than exceptional customer service and am extremely happy with all of my purchases. They made the financing quick and easy. I purchased an extended warranty with each car knowing full well that I was buying a used car and nobody has a crystal ball to know if it'll break down. Thankfully, I have not had one single issue with any of the four cars. We are told what service is needed and the estimated cost. Never have we felt that the recommended work was unnecessary or that the bill was padded! As you can see, we have kept our Pilot for a long time. This is made possible due to the work of Matt Burne Honda's excellent service department and their highly qualified technicians. Other than body work necessary after an accident, NO ONE has worked on our Pilot except the technicians at Matt Burne Honda - even though we live much closer to another Honda dealership! The drive to Scranton is worth it to be greeted by name with a friendly "hello," terrific service and reasonable rates. We sing their praises to anyone who wants to listen!

I have been very happy with this car over the past year and 10,000 miles. It is surprisingly fun to drive...even more so in the winter with tires one can trust in ice and snow (OEM tires wouldn't stop the car on wintry road and I replaced them). Great city car and good interstate road trip car too, sometimes getting high 30s mpg at 70 mph. Engine always willing. Handling is great. I can load my bike in back without its front wheel, seats down, or a mower with the handle folded down. Infotainment center is bland, but I have a newer Honda where I find the same to be aggravating. The Impreza is quite low to the ground, so I need to consider that around snow berms and rutted roads; the Crosstrek is the answer to that, if you drive in rural and rougher roads. It is always a treat to get in the driver's seat and go for a spin.

I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.

I hate buying cars. Everyone does, but the last time I went through this process I ended up having an emotional breakdown in the middle of a dealership. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to the car buying process. I would have rather gotten a root canal with a dentist that doesn't believe in painkillers. I can honestly say Minooka Subaru changed my panicked thoughts on car buying. From the beginning, they were honest and forthright (they actually advertised their cars at the price they offer you, can you believe it?). The entire experience took less than two hours and I walked out with a smile on my face, a new car, and a great deal. If you are looking for a dealership that won't make you feel like you just gave up your firstborn son when you leave, look no further. I drover an hour and half based off a friend's recommendation, and it was worth every mile. Ask for Pat, he's the man.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

This car is an AWD car like all Subaru's and it also had phenomenal gas mileage. Recently went on its first long road trip and it got an average of 39 miles to the gallon. I have had other cars of it type and none of them feel as sturdy as this one. The only issue that I have with this car is sometimes the backup camera can have issues, but this is supposed to be fixed in an update.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

First Subaru but not first AWD

I bought this yesterday Feb 1 2019 with 20,700 miles on it from the dealership at Southpointe Hendricks Subaru in Durham, NC. I think the dealership did not give a great deal. charged more than they should have. I got black Premium. The car seems higher than the sport model i tried in a different place which had everything on it. This one doesn't have the blind spot or auto braking before a collision and I think I should have had that. The car drives well but has a lot of body roll and some engine noise. Though outside noise is negligent. Brakes well and corners well as the turning radius is smaller than the legacy. It doesn't feel as planted as my BMW 2011 3 series with X Drive but that is a different category of car altogether. But for all the other cars in it's price range drives very well and looks stylish and classy in black as well as the AWD which even in if you have some snowy days in the winter is useful as well as in the rainy days in all the other seasons. I cannot say much of reliability as i have not owned it but one day. Hope it is. All in all, the affordability and the AWD and the safety that drew me to the first Japanese car I have bought. And no, not a BMW but drives well and I am satisfied.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish! Original equipment tires wore out at 20,000 miles. Replacement Uniroyal Tiger Paws went 42000 more miles. Was unable to meet factory specs for wheel alignment. Despite that replacement set of tires wore evenly. If you purchase a new Subaru require that dealership align and show you results are at factory specs before taking delivery. The radio controls are difficult to use. touch screen is insensitive in cold weather. Radio knobs taper away from you so are difficult to grasp. Overall electronics are way overly complicated. Handling is very good. I like the CVT trans. It matches the power curve of the engine. Very secure car at highway speeds. Great traction in wet/snow. Zero mechanical problems. Great carrying capacity. I am at 62000 miles and will keep the car for several more years. Remarkable fuel mileage of 34.5 MPG overall.

I bought a 2016 Lexus GS 350 two weeks ago through Carvana. What drew me in initially was a great price (nearby dealership was about $3,500 more for almost an identical car with similar mileage) and a user friendly website that made it easy to tour the car. You also get a FREE copy of the carfax report. With saving as much money as I did I wasn't expecting good customer service. Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. To be safe I took it too dealership for an inspection and they confirmed the car was in great shape and the tires were basically new. My next car will also be from carvana.

I honestly hated this car. The only time where I loved it was in the snow...because it just never got stuck. Like I could have snow up to my fenders and still mash the pedal from a dead stop and not slip once. Like it was kind of unbelievable in the winter. But with having standard awd it's kind of expected. But everything else...it's uncomfortable, the electronics tended to just stop working...regularly...like the radio would shut off at random, the back up camera would stop working whenever it felt like...radio presets would reset, the screen would stop working...just a headache sometimes. The check engine light would pop on every once in awhile seemingly for no apparent reason and then go off without warning. It got TERRIBLE GAS MILEAGE...like literally terrible... For a four banger I literally only averaged like 23 mpg....on a good day got 25...never higher than that...and I do ALL highway driving. I bought a f**king Challenger and that thing averages 30 mpg...and has DOUBLE the power. It's insane. And I don't understand it. And the car is ungodly slow and I HATE the CVT trans...it's literally the worst thing ever. I wanted a manual but I settled for the cvt because I didn't want to wait a week when I needed a car at the time. It is what it is. If you don't care about fuel economy, performance, working radios, electronics in general, and just something that you can get from point a to b with little to no issues then get a subie...But if you actually care about all that stuff then I'd stay very far away from this car. Maybe I'm being harsh, but I don't really car. Literally the MOST BORING car I've ever owned...and I used to own a 1998 Ford escort that broke every other week and that thing was still more fun than this... Just happy to be out of it. Someone else's problem now.

This Changed the Way I Buy Cars

I have been buying cars for 45 years, mostly though dealers but also some from private parties. Car dealers were a love/hate relationship: the excitement of getting a new car vs. the very long wait time, the high pressure, and the "surprises" when the deal is about to be closed. Carvana changed all that, with the exception of the excitement factor. Never have I worked with employees who were were so honestly pleasant and knowledgeable about what they do. Pressure? There simply was none. The process of actually filling out the forms, payment, etc. took less than 45 minutes. Buying a car you have never physically seen in person can be worrisome, but Carvana also has that covered with their 4 month, 4000 mile service contract, not to mention their 7 day return policy. I even caught a bit of luck. When I first visited their website they had the exact car I was looking for at considerably less than a competing online dealership had to offer. On the day of delivery the Carvana truck was right on time, and in 45 minutes, which included a 15 minute test drive, our new car was ours. Because of this extremely positive experience the next time I am in the market for a car my first stop will be Carvana. and I will recommend Carvana to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Keep up the great work!

The car met all of my travelling needs. It's a great commuter and capable of some adventurous dirt paths. Getting ~30mpg for AWD all the time is great. Subaru's eyesight makes the driving experience assuring and the Apple CarPlay integrated in the head unit makes media consumption super easy.

I will NEVER buy a car through a salesman again! Carvana offers such a stress free experience. No game playing. No lying. Just straight up good deals. No pressured sales. I have owned this car for almost 4 years now and love it. I'm almost six feet tall and I fit comfortably inside it though if someone is behind me they may be a bit scrunched up. If you're a smaller person you'll have no problem fitting into one of these. Car handles great, the AWD is great for Colorado Winter Driving. Never had a problem there. Only minor complaint is that I can't see the end of the hood so I've hit a couple of curbs in my time. With it being smaller and shorter than the outback, the hatchback version is great for getting around some of the narrow streets here in Denver and the car can fit a surprising amount inside of it. Would highly recommend the vehicle.

Far exceeding my expectations

I was searching for a new car at local area dealerships and in two instances got to the negotiating table and couldn???t close the deal. The dealerships were either low balling my trade or asking for more than the car was worth. So my husband and I were out on a date and we saw the new vending machine in Charlotte. I had not heard of Carvana. My husband had because his friend raved about his experience purchasing a mini van in Atlanta. I went home to see what cars were available and sure enough they had the car I wanted with 11k miles less than anything in my local market within the price point I was willing to pay. So I started doing research. I was worried that this wasn???t a legitimate company, but everything I read was to the contrary. Additionally, I work for a major financial institution and had my own financing. Then I was worried that my company wouldn???t do business with Carvana. Sure enough they were an approved lender. I took this as a sign to go for the car I???ve wanted for 4 years. The entire process was easy from start to finish. The online forms were easy to understand. I even had a trade. All I needed to do was to answer questions and provide pictures which were also easy to upload. The offer for my trade was right inline with what I expected it to be. Every time I had a question I would call into Carvana and I would get a different person, but that wasn???t a problem because they all were able to see my account and answer any questions I had. They all had the best personalities and were very customer focused to make me feel at ease with the process. I received ongoing communication about the status of my application and final purchase. My delivery was scheduled for a time that worked with my schedule because the vending machine was not open. The young women who delivered my car was a joy to work with. She called ahead to let me know she was on the way. When she arrived she let me take the car for a test drive while she took care of my trade. The whole process took about 30 to 45 minutes at the most. Within a week of the delivery, I received a lovely note from the young women who delivered my vehicle thanking me for my purchase. I received an email from Carvana and a gift certificate thanking me as well. I took my new car to my local mechanic and they confirmed that it was perfect. This has far exceeded my expectations and has far surpassed any car purchase I have had. Thank you Carvana for changing the car buying experience forever. My son will be getting his first car at the end of the summer and I have already said we will purchase again from Carvana!
