New and used 2025 Subaru Legacy Premium for sale near Sea Cliff, NY

I just leased a 2021 Forester at Liberty Subaru. The service was so quick and easy. The salesman Jeff Wangerin did preparatory work via phone and then emails, so the pick up was fast and easy. Love my Subaru

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. Should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, not only will this dealership be on my list, I will not hesitate to recommend it with friends, relatives and acquaintances who are currently shopping - or will shop - for their next car.

Bought the Legacy Touring XT model. Previously owned Lexus and Infinitis, and this is a good or better than those cars. Smooth handling and responsive engine/ride. Dashboard is easier to use than expected. Nice connection to Airplay. Speakers are great. Safety systems are very good. Leather is luxurious. I would never have selected this car if I didn't already own a Forrester, which is also well built. I feel like I bought a luxury car for a 15K discount if not more

Replaced my 10 yr old Legacy as 2025 is the last model year. I loved my 2015 Legacy. Very reliable and no issues at all at 122k. Hoping for the same. The 2025 has some nice improvements. So far, so good!

Found a great car listed on Cars.com. Called to confirm that the vehicle was still available and was able to make an appointment to see it a few hours later with Anthony C. The buying process was straightforward, didn't have to play games. Anthony was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We live quite far from the dealership but would be happy to go again if we needed.

I love my new Subaru Forester! It has everything I need for a car... Working w/ Kyle was a great experience. He answered my questions, was very polite, honest and very patient w/ me from start to finish, considering I have hearing disability, he used texts to make sure I got all the informations I need. Even after I bought the car, he texted to follow up if everything is ok and to reach out if I have questions.. I admire his diligence at work.. and I'm pretty sure he'll make a good Manager.. I just purchased a used 2021 Outback from Competition Subaru. I called the dealer about the vehicle I was interested and made an appointment for the next day. I met with John O'Donnell. He was a consummate professional. He told me all about the vehicle and then we test-drove it. He then worked up some numbers for me. No pressure, no B.S. The same goes for Adrian in finance. I will seriously consider them for my next vehicle purchase.

From Virginia answering our distress call to Peter who was our service representative, the personal treatment of our predicament was extraordinary. They were not only professional but also compassionate. Peter went beyond normal business procedures to communicate, diagnose and expedite repair of our Outback. We were stranded in a medical situation, from out of state. Their attitude, explanation of the problem and fast action to fix it made our medical situation more bearable. It was a most unusual and uplifting experience that we did not expect from a car problem, in the middle of being in a strange place for unhappy reasons. Our experience at Liberty Subaru was, from start to finish, quite fine. Our sales consultant, John Clarke was excellent, indeed. He provided thorough explanations of the various features of our new Forester. Thorough, clear and patient--never rushed or pushy. He didn't just explain the car's features; he took us to the car itself and demonstrated some of these features. For example, the connection to the navigation system. This was reassuring, given all the new technology in the 2025 Forester. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable about the car and because of that knowledge, seems to genuinely like it. A lot! He has an even and warm personality. It was such a pleasure to have him introduce us to our new car!
