Our Outback Touring is a plush do everything. The satin black silica puts in a whole higher looking class. The interior is simply stunning and beautiful. With complete leather heated and cooled seats front and back seats. Voice commands etc. All for a very reasonable cost. Just unbelievable!!

Sadari understood the issue we were having with our vehicle. She worked with the technician to diagnose the problem, gave us thorough feedback, and even provided additional feedback when requested. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.

So far my Outback Wilderness has been a very exceptional car and affordable, for what you get I would expect the price to be a lot higher, it is definitely powerful enough.

So tired of people saying this car is under powered. Base 4cyl has plenty of power to go through mountain passes and whatever else you need. If you want to make up for your insecurities, maybe this isn’t that car for you. I see a Mustang or F-150 in your future. Put your foot to the floor and it moves, like it should. Drive like a sane person and it rewards you at the pump. Safest cars on the road too!

This is my sixth Subaru and I wouldn't dream of getting any other make. My Outback Touring XT is the best of the best. I love it.

I bought my 2025 Outback Onyx XT from Villages Subaru the last day of January 2025. This is our 15th Subaru vehicles. Of those 14 were Outbacks and one was a Forrester we had many years ago. I love this 2025 Outback for the way it handles, all of the safety features and the way it looks. I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

The employees are friendly and courteous. They try to make sure you are comfortable in this environment. They explain what work has to be performed. They do not try to get you to do unnecessary work. I was greeted by two smiling faces. Lynese Hutchinson took responsibility for my car. She kept me updated via text message. My questions were answered immediately.

It was a simple, easy process with no pressure at any step. This is our second Subaru we have purchased through Sheehy. With our first car (owned 10 years), whenever maintenance was required the Service department was phenomenal.

Too bad I can't give this a 6 star rating! Several months ago I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Stohlman Subaru of Sterling. I had been leasing cars for 10 years and this was a big step forward to buy one. EVERY single person I dealt with from my sales expert (Vic), to their financing guru (Josh), and their very helpful post-purchase car tour/tutorial (Chris) took their time to answer any and all questions I had, to inform me about every step that was being taken, and they were very patient without forcing the sale on me. This was a HUGE help to make me feel like I was making the right decision since I was not intending on buying that day, but I couldn't pass up this car and it wouldn't have stayed on the lot very long either. Additionally, a big shout out to Emma and Rachel in the Service department! I had to get a tow hitch installed and a warranty issue dealt with and they were so helpful with the entire process from scheduling to setting me up with a loaner and keeping me updated on the status of the car. I was very imressed with the attention and service at Sheehy Subaru. My sales man, Shabir Baba, was phenomenal! I purchased my car March 31 2024, and it has been the best car buying experience of my life!! I had visited another car dealership (Toyota) prior to coming to Sheehey Springfield. I am so glad I stopped that day!! Shabir Baba was so helpful, gave me lots of info, no hard sale, and showed me the bells and whistles on my new car. Shabir made it happen for me-the sale-no hard sale, very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. He asked questions to see what type of vehicle would suit me, (I chose the mid level imprezza sport). He Pointed out options to add (for service, extended contracts etc) if I wanted. Pointed out all the safety features. Boy have cars changed over the last 15 years!
