I went in for a check engine light on. They inspected everything and it turns out it was just an issue with the gas cap. They charged me $0.00. What a pleasant surprise.

So far my Outback Wilderness has been a very exceptional car and affordable, for what you get I would expect the price to be a lot higher, it is definitely powerful enough.

So tired of people saying this car is under powered. Base 4cyl has plenty of power to go through mountain passes and whatever else you need. If you want to make up for your insecurities, maybe this isn’t that car for you. I see a Mustang or F-150 in your future. Put your foot to the floor and it moves, like it should. Drive like a sane person and it rewards you at the pump. Safest cars on the road too!

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I bought my 2025 Outback Onyx XT from Villages Subaru the last day of January 2025. This is our 15th Subaru vehicles. Of those 14 were Outbacks and one was a Forrester we had many years ago. I love this 2025 Outback for the way it handles, all of the safety features and the way it looks. I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

I had leased 2 outbacks perviously. They were 3 year leases. This one I purchased. They are extremely reliable and the all wheel drive is superb. I have the turbo charged engine because it is needed to get quickly into traffic. The safety features and resale value are the best of all other cars.

Tried to talk to A Sales person about and Cross Treck and received poor response; none were available to look at and it was difficult to talk about a new vehicle purchase. Frankly, with the sales persons at Belknap Subaru, I wonder if they sell any at all!

I was very happy working with Phillip Doten. He was very helpful and transparent about what we should purchase. Phil called a couple of days after purchasing the vehicle to ask how we were doing and if we had any questions.

Went in to enquire what was recommended for 10,000 mile maintenance on a Solterra. They said tire rotation and multipoint inspection. I was planning to make an appointment. They said they could do it right away. They indicated that the cabin air filter may need to be changed. Less than an hour later out the door for $24.95.

Friendly, done in a reasonably fast manor, excellent customer service skills in the repair shop. Completely satisfied will be seeing me again.
