I experienced friendly service and good follow from at this dealer. Even though I have not purchased the vehicle yet... I will be back soon.

This car has everything: style, comfort, turning radius, large screen, touch buttons for everything , great handling, spacious, quiet interior, safety features to the max!
Went shopping for a new car for my wife Kathy. We liked Bergstroms service on our Vibe that Kathy had done several times. We started looking online at Cars.com, and found a Subaru we liked at Bergstrom in Oshkosh. About a week later we drove to Oshkosh to look around on a saturday. We wanted a 5door (hatchback) 4wheel drive, and a sunroof. Started looking around, and we met Jonathan, a younger guy salesman. He wasn't pushy, he just introduced himself, and asked if he could help us with anything. We told him what we were interested in, and he made arrangements for us to test drive some cars. We found the Subaru impreza sport we were looking at online, and drove that one first. We really liked that one. Then we drove a nice Subaru crosstrek which is basically a taller impreza, and it sort of reminded us of our Vibe. We then drove a Subaru outback which we really liked also, and they were really dealing on the outbacks. Because it was to be Kathy's car, and my F-150 takes up one side of our garage, we had to consider size and space. We did some wheeling and dealing, traded in our Vibe, which was a great reliable car, looked at numbers, re-examined the red Impreza 5-door sport,( that was loaded, had a moonroof, and 12 miles on it), we bought the impreza. If we only needed one car we probably would have bought an Outback, which was loaded, and a beautiful car also. Everyone at Bergstrom Subaru was great, from Jonathan our sales guy, the managers that worked on the numbers for us, and the finance guy that was easy to work with. The facility was clean, roomy, the offices were nice, and the waiting area had free beverages and snacks, comfortable furniture, nice layout. The Impreza sport 5 door is an awesome looking car, and for its size comfortably seats 4 adults, which we did, as we drove around this weekend with my parents, on a short shopping trip. It rides comfortably over bumpy streets, and handles like a sports car with its quick steering. It has plenty of power with the 4 cylinder 2.0 engine, and still gets great fuel mileage. The CVT automatic is awesome and smooth operating. With all the safety features, digital touch srceens, and the re-design on this model, we should be happy with this car for a long time. Kathy is thrilled with her new baby, and she even lets me drive it sometimes. Thanks Bergstrom Subaru.
This car just keeps getting better. Eyesight, Appleplay, auto door locks, improved display......I thought I loved my 2017 Outback!! Subaru continuously strives to improve upon what they have instead of trying to razzle dazzle you. I will never own anything but a Subaru.
Great service, helpful service personal and great location

When it comes to safety, reliability, value for the money, and best of all it's performance in the snow, Subaru is hands down the VERY BEST. I would challenge any other car brand to beat any of these qualities in a car . . . no matter what the price!!!
Can not say enough good things about this dealership they went abouve and beyond my expectations will forever be a customer. Friendly staff also they are quick and efficient you won’t be disappointed.

The only concern that I had was the fact my leg room may have been less then I had hoped for. Other then that it was an outstanding auto.
Even though I didn't purchase my Subaru from this dealer, I take the vehicle there for service because it's closer to my home. And the Service Dept. gets an A+ from me! Professional, courteous, and work done in a timely manner. Plus, when they washed my car, even the inside was vacuumed. Excellent!

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.
Great crossover. A lots of room, lots of good features. Easy to drive, comfortable on long trips. Great visibility. Very quiet in the passenger compartment compared to other vehicles I have owned.
The Outback offers the perfect blend of comfort, performance and value. This is the crossover vehicle for you if you're looking for the most bang for the buck.
The 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited is a Fantastic car! It has an excellent six cylinder engine/CVT trans. Lots of power whenever you need it. The Outback Limited is loaded with all the latest technical wizardry you could want. The Outback has a great ride and very good handling. Plenty of room inside for people and cargo. No need for an SUV when you can drive an Outback.
We’ve owned it for three days and so far it has met all our expectations. Beautiful interior and exterior. Easy handling. Excited to learn more about this beauty.
I came in just to"look" at what Subaru was offering. I was on my way to the Mitsubishi dealer where I THOUGHT I was buying a new vehicle😊. Tony came out and showed me models. What I loved most was his calm..very "unsalesman" personality. I didn't feel pressured. And drove out in a 2018 Forester!

I can find no significant fault in this car. We already owned a Honda Odyssey, which remains the ultimate 4 -6 passenger road trip car that can also fit 4' x 8' sheets of plywood; for this purchase, we wanted something much smaller, but not too small, or too low. The Outback fit that bill perfectly. Handling is extraordinary. Since we don't expect to tow anything with this car, we got the 2.5 liter engine, which, while not a thrilling powerhouse, felt significantly peppier than its Honda and Toyota competitors. The Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT) manages power with silky smoothness akin to an electric motor. Some subtle features make it seem more powerful than it is, e.g. when at highway speeds and the left turn signal (to pass) is put on, the car smoothly downshifts without any change in car speed, to insure more power is available for the maneuver. Road and wind noise at highway speeds is remarkably comfortable. Controls are simple and intuitive. Adaptive cruise control works at least as smoothly as I could do with the gas pedal myself, including a smooth drift to a full stop. Lane assist provides just the right amount of nudge to keep you in lane without making you feel you've lost control. The heated rear seats are easily as comfortable as the front, and seating position throughout is extremely comfortable. Slight, and forgivable cons: at low speeds, the whine of the CVT is annoying (undetectable at high speeds); driver-reachable storage is a bit meager (for an otherwise ideally road-trip capable car), exacerbated a bit by the necessity to keep the dashboard clear due to avoid glare to Eyesight cameras; the GPS screen and voice instructions are excellent, and the little additional screen in front of the driver is great, but the input interface is awful compared to just about any Garmin unit, though far less awful than most built-ins, and the lock-out of the touch screen while in motion is particularly annoying, especially since the voice controls don't do quite the same things as the touch screen. Overall, there is no car at any price that we wish we had instead; though I look forward to the day when these become primary electric.
We drove 2 hours to get to this dealership and it was well worth the drive. We originally came to buy a Forester XT and drove home with an Ascent Touring. We could not be happier. The dealership was clean and spacious. Our salesman, Troy, was amazing, kind, compassionate, and caring. We are so grateful we got set-up with him. He could not have been any more accommodating and just a wonderful guy all-around. He went above and beyond that day and the days after too. He even called to check and made sure that we made it home safely since we left the dealership at around 8pm and had a long drive home. We had some paperwork to finish up in the days following our visit and he drove to our house, 2 hours away and on a Sunday morning, so we would not have to drive back there. Troy is an asset to the Subaru team and someone we'd refer anyone too. He is officially our Subaru guy! I want to mention Sher as well. She was as equally as wonderful to work with. She took care of us the day before and set us up with Troy. She visited with us throughout our visit and made things go smoothly. Hold onto Sher, she is wonderful too!

3.6 engine is very smooth. Gas mileage seems to be respectable. What a difference over the four-cylinder. Rides a little softer than I would like but very comfortable. All the safety features are worth it.

On March 3rd of last year I purchased my first BMW from Reeves Import Motorcars. I test drove a CPO (2012) 128i and knew I had to have it. Sales Associate Paul Salisbury & Advisor Michael Khoury educated me on the advantages of owning a BMW and the test drive did the rest. Nothing drives like a BMW.
A recent experience in service was over and above the Reeves normal exceptional level. I asked my Service Representative Johnathan Weihman and the Service Manager Kevin Walker about some unusual wear on two spots of my Boston Leather Interior. Even though out of warranty they checked with BMW USA and replaced the parts - I was only responsible for the labor. A loaner car and a couple of days later my BMW was perfect again. From the purchase process to the outstanding service, Reeves makes it easy. They appreciate your investment in their product and treat you like family.

Great ride, great gas mileage, just a great wagon. Plenty of room. My husband has a hard time fitting into vehicles because of his size and this vehicle accommodates him easily.
I highly recommend Cannon Subaru, we bought an Outback from them and the Sales team and the management team came through for us. Hats off to our salesman Ray LeStourgen, the Sales Mgr. Will Coleman and the GM David Mulder. They went out of their way to make our buying experience a success.

This vehicle satisfies all of my needs. Very reliable, well equipped, everyday driver. This vehicle has more than ample room for passengers and cargo. Very easy to drive, and comfortable.
I purchased this after moving to Idaho in anticipation of the oncoming winters. However, have not had to use AWD seriously. But the car is great and very comfortable on the highway.
So glad I bought this car. Has enough room, drives great, decent price. Wish seats were a little more comfortable though. Still a very good, reliable car

I recently purchased a new 2016 Ram 3500 Diesel out-of-state with 26 miles on it. Upon receiving the truck, it had a serious and annoying windnoise issue coming from the HVAC unit. Internet research revealed other Ram owners with the same issue and their struggles for a remedy, which usually involved an improper aligned recirculation door or bad HVAC unit . I took it to AutoNation Chrysler Pembroke Pines where I reside with a bit of apprenhension, fearing I would be dismissed with a "I don't hear anything" or "there's nothing we can do"response, whixh are both unacceptable. My apprehension was short lived after my first contact with the service Rep Juan Guerra. Juan was surprised that I was in for service at a mere 1500 miles. He listened to my complaint and took a personal interest in my truck's issue. Juan took my truck out for a drive and heard the sound for himself. He researched the problem and then recommended the HVAC unit be replaced. Within 3 weeks of my initial appearance (factoring in the Thanksgiving holiday, parts ordering, and scheduling) the part was installed and my truck fixed in a record 2 days!! Juan also got me a loaner for my inconvenience!! The truck is now "new" as it should have been from the beginning. Kudos to Juan for his customer care, attention to detail, and follow through. He is straight forward and caring. The staff at AutoNation Chrysler Pembroke Pines have a true gem on hand with Juan Guerra and others should emulate his work ethic and resolve. Thank you very much Juan for my most positive experience at AutoNation Chrysler Pembroke Pines.
Had to tow my 2007 Subaru Legacy car in for an extensive repair. Never met the Service writer before. I had the AutoNation extended warranty so he had to coordinate the repair approval process with them. He called me when my car arrived (2 days prior to my scheduled appointment). He worked on my car ahead of my appointment (1 day early). They fixed it and was able to get the car back early. Was extremely knowledgeable and professional when we came to get the car. Would absolutely recommend AutoNation Subrau with no doubt they are competent, caring, go the extra mile Service Dept team!
I have contacted the dealer to obtain more information about the car since I live over 1200 miles away. They were very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions. I would work with them again and highly recommend the dealership.

This is my first Subaru and I'm pretty sure I will never buy another brand. It has many safety features and handles with great confidence in any situation including massive snow storms. For a 4 cylinder, it has enough get-up and go for any city or highway driving . Absolutely love having the eyesight safety feature that adds another set of eyes on the road for obstacles, beeping aggressively when something or someone is in the way or approaching. The Outback is an amazing car, or as I call it, my Stallion.
