I was shopping using the internet looking for a 2010 Tacoma Sport. My wife's friend has a Tacoma and my wife has been wanting 1 for a long time! First, the color had to be Gray as well. Thus, I discovered Toyota of Gastonia by clicking on a ad that was displayed by one of those sites like cars.com or Carfax. When I read the ad I went to the dealerships website. This Tacoma met all of our criteria to seriously consider or purchase. I clicked and sent a email inquiring about the truck. I received a prompt response from Dan, their internet contact sales person. Now this began on Wednesday morning, April 19,2017. I ask Dan all the questions I had about the Tacoma, which were a few because there was only 2 outside photos due to it just being put on their lot. It had not been detailed yet it was so recent. Dan answered every question truthfully and told me everything even though it might mean I could say, oh well and pass on it. The only thing wrong were some small scratches that I would expect to see on a 2010 truck. Besides, now I don't have to worry about scratching it because I use a truck to haul things in. Then it was down to price, price, price! I think we had about 37 emails back and forth before it was quitting time. Dan faxed some info to my personal financial lender and I told Dan I was planning to drive up Thursday and test drive the Tacoma. Unfortunately I was unable to go, due to a unforeseen situation. But we did hammer out the financials and had a tentative agreement on price if I decided to purchase it. Dan was a fantastic person to work with. No pressure on anything during the process. Plus he went above and beyond in working with my lender, in showing the value of this particular truck. The new plan set was that my wife and I would drive up first thing Friday morning. I live in SC, 2 hrs away from the dealership. I told Dan to expect us around 10:30. Dan said that Rick would be the sales person who would be taking care of us upon our arrival. We arrived around 10:15, and were greeted by Rick. After introductions Rick took us outside to show the truck. Just walking up to it I was smiling and already loving it so far. Rick did a walk around showing me every scratch (really just a couple surface ones) or nick on the bumper. Dan had done a very good job describing the truck and any thing that one might consider a flaw on it. The interior looked just about in new condition. The detail person(s) did an outstanding job on the exterior and interior. And pardon the pun, but they paid attention to every detail on it! Then I got to give it a good test drive. On the interstate, through town, and some curvy roads. When we came back to the dealership Rick asked what did I think. I just smiled and said we want it and lets go do the paperwork. Rick took us inside and began the process of purchasing the Tacoma. Rick put us at ease with his calm manner and made us feel like we were old friends. Rick went over all the particulars regarding the purchase, explaining in detail what the paper work presented meant. After everything was finished that Rick had to do, he ran the paperwork to the dealerships financial personnel. Then we were escorted to that office and did the official signing of all pertinent documents. Then the truck officially became my responsibility as the new owner. Then, a problem of my own doing. I didn't bring my tag to transfer. Rick came and saved the day. Rick was able to furnish a tag to get me home on with just my word to bring it back the following Monday. I was driving back home by 1 o'clock. Dan and Rick, due to their professionalism, honesty, demeanor, and go the extra mile and always doing the right thing for me has gained Toyota of Gastonia, a customer for life. That you can count on! We've told all our friends how well we were treated by everyone and one is even going to contact the dealership for a future purchase, I can only speak for myself, but I was totally impressed with the whole process!

After deciding to purchase a new car we decided to go with Nissan since we already owned a Nissan Altima and had great value out of it. I personally work out of town a lot so I sent my wife to look at her(our) options with Scott Clark Nissan in Pineville, NC. We were given a internet sales representative named Mr Helwig Stewart. He was very friendly and very cooperative to my wife to get things going on the new 2018 Rigue purchase with my wife and get all paperwork started until I could get there and finalize paperwork. Everything went smoothly and took care of all issues we had with the vechicle before turning over the keys to make it perfect. The whole process was quick and performed with ease. The financial folks gave us an option that only increased monthly payment by $20 but took off nearly 7 months of the loan. Was thankful for that. Mr Helwig was professional and all the folks at the dealership were friendly and informative. I highly recommend Scott Clark Nissan to anyone and especially to have Mr Helwig to take care of them. And on a further note, I have had many email asking if everything was going ok with the vechicle and to let them know if there was anything they could do. Service department( sorry for not remembering his name) helped my wife get in quickly after a trip to get the initial oil change taken care of and did an awesome job of washing the car without us asking. Great Job Scott Clark!!!

I went to T&C Toyota for a recall and found out I had 4 to take care of (I ignored the others....) and they took such good care of me and my car! Michael on the phone was so polite and nice and he ordered the parts for the next day because it was the only day I could come in. Michael was a pleasure to work with. Then when I came in, John D’errico helped me out and was my point of contact. I was very comfortable in the waiting area (it was a long stay....4 recalls! Oops! ) where they had comfy chairs, free fresh popcorn, coffee and good tv on. When the car was returned to me, they’d even had it washed and they put air in my tires!! I’d come back any time.

I went there to get a used Jeep Sahara but after working with Darious and Isiah we left with a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler with all the perks my husband was looking. Dariouswas o very new , I believe his first couple of days in the job was amazing . He was very nice and knowledgeable and the things he was unsure of he made sure to find us the right answers . Isiah who assisted Darious was as great !! He helped to work with finances to make the deal happen . It was a great experience. The General Manager my apologies for not remembering his name was very helpful and even got me some ibuprofen when my back pain flared up . Every one was helpful . I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer from Classic. Salesperson Bryant Gardner was excellent and did a great job answering all of our questions and showing us the features of the vehicle we wanted. The sales staff worked with us with our trade-in and we were satisfied with the entire purchasing experience. Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I bought this vehicle new in September of 2017. after research and prior owner of a 2011 forester I bought as used was totally concerned with reliability. I have had no problems with any of the Subarus. Decided to but a new vehicle for the first time and choose the Outback for a more roomy fit since we now have grandchildren. No Issues at all with the Outback. I bring it to the dealer for all maintanance. Currently has 22K on odometer. Very pleased with the operation of this vehicle. The lane assist and lane alert systems are annoying and sometimes thr radio controls freeze up. Overall I would buy this vehicle model again.

It is with the greatest honor to write this review. As my family and I entered the dealership, we were greeted by smiling and professional employees. My sales consultant, Mr. Christopher Nicholson shook our hands and escorted us to his desk to discuss the business at hand. He was very upfront with me and assured me that the dealership would provide a solution to my problem, which was my need to leave with a very reliable automobile. I've been thinking about how to write this review without making it too long. There is just no way around it. It might be a little long.. I'm a retired senior citizen with a limited budget. My wife and I searched the internet for over two weeks researching the car we wanted in the Charlotte area. We found many but either the price was too high or the miles were. Then we thought we found it at Adams. They had a lot of good photos, we loved the color and it was a top of the line model. It had extras like leather interior, a moon roof, and a 12 speaker sound system with 360 watts of power! (I was a teen in the 70's and that thing can really put out some some great sound!) It also had low mileage and a great detailed carfax. I called to see if it was still there and it was. I told the person on the phone THAT was the car I was interested in and it had to fit my monthly budget. I told them what my monthly payment could not exceed and if I drove there to see it I needed to know it fit my budget. The next morning I got a call telling me they could hit my number and to come on down to see and test drive it. We went down, drove it, and loved it. Of course I just knew they were going to tell me my payment would be either what I told them or a few dollars more. Not only did Jason Dunham (Sales Manager) come in and tell me my payment would be $20.00 BELOW my budgeted number, but also he gave us a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty at no additional cost! Also, our final price included sales tax and licence fees. It was raining when we I got in to drive it home. When I got home I noticed a small "scuff" on the left corner of the rear bumper. My wife said "oh let it go! it's nothing..." After I reviewed the pictures and it wasn't there I called Adams and told them "I know I took possession and took it off the lot and take full responsibility for doing that, but can you do anything?" Well, Jason told me to bring it back and they would look at it. I brought it back and Jason said"of course I will fix that". So I took it back for the repair. Since we have such a unique color car and it is 3 years old they decided if they only pained that corner there may be a problem with a perfect match. Therefore, I had to leave it overnight as they decided to paint the entire bumper! No charge to me! It is a perfect match! I have bought many new and used cars over the years but NO ONE has ever treated me with such respect as Jason, and Henry. If you are looking for a great car for a great price you need to give Adams a try. You will not regret it!

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.

I recently purchased a used automobile from Scott Clark Honda. My first contact with the dealership was online. I had read some negative reviews and was, honestly, leery of doing business with them. While initially, they pushed hard to get my phone number, when I made it clear I wished to communicate only via email at that point to get my initial questions about the car answered, the message got through. Not only did I receive an email, it was from the internet sales manager, Jeffrey Goodwin, who sent me a short video of himself in front of the car I was interested in to not only show me that it was indeed on the lot but to give me a peek of the inside, which answered my initial inquiry. My concerns about the dealership subsided. That evening, Jeffrey and I worked together via text (yep, he had provided me his cell number and told me I could call or text - he had picked up on the fact I likely wasn't going to want to talk) to work out the details and come to an out the door price. I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours and then not be able to come to terms. I purchased the car the next day and for the price agreed upon! There were apparently two other interested parties. One at the dealership wanting to test drive when I returned from mine and another scheduled for a test drive later in the day with another salesman. I am glad I made the drive early in the day. I had lost another car at another dealer earlier in the week, and it would have been heartbreaking to go through that again. Luckily, that did not happen. I feel I got a great price on a used vehicle. I had wonderful service from Jeffrey Goodwin and would and will recommend him highly to my friends, coworkers, acquaintances, the general public - i.e. YOU! I also don't want to leave out my dealings with the finance manager, Ronnie, who also was kind and easy to deal with. It was his job to try to sell me the extended warranty and such, but, he had been forewarned by Jeffrey that I would not be interested in such, so he did not push hard. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Provided my car doesn't fall apart (haha), I could not rate my experience any higher. Thank you, Jeffrey. Thank you, Ronnie. Keep up the excellent work!

After shopping around on the new 2016 Civic, I found that Scott Clark Honda offered by far the best payment and overall experience while shopping and test driving. My consultant Justin Scott was outstanding. When I first inquired, he created a personalized video tour of one of the vehicles that I had shown interest in driving. He followed up via my preferred method of communication - text messaging. Many other salespeople I dealt with won't adapt to a customer's preference with communication. Justin was on board. He wanted to set up an appointment, but to my own fault, I went in to see him without confirming a time and date. His colleague JR was very helpful while Justin was with another client. I followed up after the visit to meet with Justin. I met with Justin to look at some options and we came to an agreement on price and the features I wanted in the Civic. The price was nearly $200 less per month than a competing dealer in Charlotte. Where the hiccups came into play was in the finance office. The monthly payment on paper was somehow $30 higher than I had agreed to. I was told that it was because of a difference in state taxes. I took them at their word and agreed. I went home later and researched the tax discrepancy. I found that there should have been no increase because of registering in South Carolina. I followed up with Justin Scott who verified that the finance manager was new and that there were paperwork errors. There would end up being several other errors in the paperwork from the "rookie" in finance until we reached out to Justin Mann, the finance director. Justin Mann took immediate ownership of the experience on the finance side and ensured that everything worked perfectly with the agreed upon payment and lease terms. Justin Scott kept in touch to see that everything was good on my end. They gave me fair value for my trade and in the end I was able to pick up the new car looking nice with everything I had asked for. The key to success in even the most volatile of situations is communication. Both Justins were great in that they stayed in touch and making sure everything was corrected. I recommend Justin Scott as a Honda expert and someone you can trust as a consultant when you consider purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you guys (and JR for the help as well!) for making this a good overall experience.

This was my family's first Honda purchase, a 2018 Odyssey. After months of debating whether or not we wanted a minivan, we came across the newly redesigned fifth generation Odyssey. We test drove at another dealer and then began the search for the best deal since we were trading in a car we had only owned for 2 years. Honda of Concord was the last dealership we contacted but they were the most responsive and understanding of our situation. Everyone took the time to fully understand our needs (and wants) and worked to ensure they were met. I started conversing with Carson, who worked out the numbers with the purchase and the trade. While he did not beat the price of the van I had received at another dealer (don't fret, it was not by much), he was able to cut more than my trade's buyout to help make up some of the difference. Once all that the finances were figured out, Joy joined the conversation and knocked the ball out of the park. Every question I had was answered within a few minutes by text, often accompanied by pictures for visual aid if needed. Once we decided to make the deal after pre-approval with our credit and situating the payment where we wanted, Joy and the team worked to find the color van we wanted since they didn't have it on the lot and had it in hand ready to go within a few hours the following day (we made our decision to buy the van late one evening). Joy made sure to schedule our arrival at the dealership to sign the paperwork so that we weren't there longer than necessary (she knew we would have two small children in tow). Though that process took a little longer than expected once we arrived, we were understanding as we saw the traffic in and out of the showroom. As we waited Joy didn't leave our side; she went ahead and started to discuss our preferences for the Odyssey (given there is so much technology they ask how you want certain functions to work) until Kevin in finance was ready for me to process all the paperwork. Kevin had everything printed and ready, described all the figures and notes in full detail, and we were out of his office in 15 minutes. The van was waiting for us out front along with Joy who was eager to explain some of the amazing features of the Odyssey - from the RES to the tailgating capability 3rd row to 2nd row magic four-way sliding seats. She also went ahead and preset our preferences for some of the functionality as a result of the conversation we had with her earlier. My family loaded the car and we were off. Joy even checked in the next day to see how we were enjoying the van. First rate dealership through and through. If and when we are ready to buy another car - new or used - we will definitely visit Honda of Concord. I highly recommend Joy and am grateful to have purchased a car with her as our sales partner. Knowledgeable, understanding, efficient, and energetic. Joy and the team made us feel like family and we were catching up after not seeing one another for a while. Thank you Carson, Joy, and Kevin. Our family is thrilled with the Odyssey and only wish we were closer to stop in and say hi when the car will need service.

For the price I paid for it especially, this is a great all around, take the kids and their crap (and your own crap) vehicle. It drives really nice, not like a boat at all. I'm a Beemer guy (I've had three), and I really wanted to get an X series, but never liked driving them anytime I rented or test drove one. The AWD is pretty fun, I've never had an all-wheel or four-wheel drive car before. And the engine has a good amount of kick to it (I have the 3.6), so I can survive the traffic stupidity of [insert your city name here]. Sound system is actually really nice, maybe not too hyped up on the bottom end, but pretty good detail, could probably mix in the car! Bluetooth system surprisingly robust, too.
